Gli ho affidato il mio orologio meccanico automatico e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto per l'ottimo lavoro svolto. L'importo pagato ha rispecchiato il preventivo e non sempre è una cosa scontata... questo è sinonimo di serietà e professionalità. Ringrazio la sig.ra Franca per la sua competenza e cordialità. Mi sento di consigliare "Mastro Orologiaio" a chiunque avesse bisogno di una riparazione/revisione del gioiello da uomo per antonomasia, "l'orologio". Luca I found this shop / workshop by browsing the internet and was impressed by Mr. Torrisi. I entrusted him with my automatic mechanical watch and I was satisfied with the excellent work done. The amount paid reflected the estimate and it is not always a foregone conclusion ... this is synonymous with seriousness and professionalism. I thank Ms Franca for her competence and cordiality. I would recommend "Master Watchmaker" to anyone who needs a repair / overhaul of the quintessential men's jewel, "the watch". Luca

Accoglienza sempre cortese e simpatica in negozio, laboratorio professionale e competente, inviano sempre prezzi stimati per la riparazione, a volte lunghe ma dipendente ovviamente dalla reperibilita' dei pezzi di ricambio, a volte diffile. Specialisti in varie case ma sempe pronti a trovare una soluzione anche per orologi "datati" di qualsiasi marca, Suggerito ! Excellent shop with laboratory for review and repair of watches, I have been relying on them for years now. Always courteous and friendly reception in the shop, professional and competent laboratory, they always send estimated prices for repairs, sometimes long but obviously dependent on the availability of spare parts, sometimes difficult. Specialists in various houses but always ready to find a solution even for "dated" watches of any brand, suggested!

D'altro canto devo dire che l'orologio che aveva fatto un volo dalla moto ed era messo male. Me lo hanno reso nuovo. Nuovo! Complimenti per la professionalità e per la cortesia. Per la cronaca, il prezzo dello stesso intervento alla Rolex era 5 volte tanto. Davide First the bad notes: they take their time. I brought my Daytona and they returned it to me after a month! On the other hand I must say that the watch that had made a flight from the bike and was in bad shape. They made it new to me. New! Congratulations on your professionalism and courtesy. For the record, the price of the same intervention at Rolex was 5 times that. David
s	simone recrosio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno a tutti, Ho portato il mio Daytona in pessime condizioni, ( vetro rotto, guarnizioni usurate è completamente graffiato).quando sono andato a ritirarlo sono rimasto senza parole, il mio Rolex era tornato come il suo primo giorno di vita completamente nuovo e originale in tutte le sue parti. Un altra cosa sorprendente è stato il prezzo,io penso che alla Rolex con quella somma non avrei fatto neanche la revisione.Devo aggiunge in oltre che il personale è molto professionale è disponibile è paziente , visto che mi reputo molto pignolo e puntiglioso. Grazie signor Torrisi Goodmorning everyone, I brought my Daytona in very bad condition, (broken glass, worn gaskets and completely scratched) when I went to collect it I was speechless, my Rolex was back like its first day completely new and original in all its set off. Another surprising thing was the price, I think that at Rolex with that amount I would not even have done the revision. I must add in addition that the staff are very professional, helpful and patient, since I consider myself very fussy and meticulous. Thank you Mr. Torrisi

I didn't know where to turn. The reviews of Mastro watchmaker gave me confidence. I was very satisfied. Precise, attentive and very professional. A real pleasure to be their customers! Intanto ho speso un quinto ( UN QUINTO ) di quello che mi avevano chiesto in casa madre, ci hanno messo 6 giorni ( contro i 21 preventivati da Rolex ) e sono super gentili! Aggiungo che oltre a funzionare perfettamente l'orologio è stato lucidato e sembra nuovo!! Consigliati. I just picked up my Rolex and the assistance was super! In the meantime I spent a fifth (ONE FIFTH) of what they asked me at the parent company, it took them 6 days (against the 21 budgeted by Rolex) and they are super nice! I add that in addition to working perfectly, the clock has been polished and looks new !! Recommended.

L' omega di mia madre che era caduto ed era mancante del vetro, e la sveglietta di mio padre che non funzionava più e aveva il datario bloccato da anni. Riparazioni perfette e orologi precisi. Peccato aver conosciuto solo la signora, molto disponibile e gentile, non sono riuscito a conoscere l'artista, perché per me lo è davvero.
A	Alessandro Musio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ritirato sabato il nostro Omega Constellation ed è tornato più bello di prima! Siamo veramente soddisfatti. Abbiamo effettuato la revisione completa più la sostituzione di alcuni pezzi originali essendo un orologio molto vecchio e rovinato. Per noi questo orologio ha un gran valore affettivo ed una bellissima storia: mio papà l'ha ricevuto a sua volta da mio nonno nel lontano 1968 su una nave che lasciava l'Argentina alla volta dell'Italia. La famiglia stava tornando in patria e come regalo di compleanno mio papà ricevette per i suoi 16 anni l'Omega automatico di mio nonno. Questo orologio ha lasciato la Svizzera più di 50 anni fa per arrivare in Argentina, per poi andare in Italia e tornare ora, nel 2021, in Svizzera, dove è stato fabbricato. Mio nonno ora non c'è più ma il suo orologio ora ha nuova vita. ❤️ Un ringraziamento speciale al mastro orologiaio per la cura e la passione che ci ha messo e alla signora Pareti per la sua cordialità e gentilezza. We picked up our Omega Constellation on Saturday and it's back looking better than before! We are really satisfied. We have carried out a complete overhaul plus the replacement of some original parts as it is a very old and damaged watch. For us this watch has a great emotional value and a beautiful story: my father received it in turn from my grandfather back in 1968 on a ship leaving Argentina for Italy. The family was returning to their homeland and as a birthday present my dad received my grandfather's automatic Omega for his 16 years. This watch left Switzerland more than 50 years ago to arrive in Argentina, to then go to Italy and return now, in 2021, to Switzerland, where it was made. My grandfather is gone now but his watch now has new life. ❤️ Special thanks to the master watchmaker for the care and passion he put into it and to Mrs. Pareti for her cordiality and kindness.
