P	Pietro S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza particolarmente deludente, che mi ha lasciato un po' l'amaro in bocca e addirittura fatto dubitare degli agenti immobiliari come categoria. Ho chiamato per una casa a cui ero particolarmente interessato, poi richiamato diverse volte, ed in tutto ciò l'arroganza e menefreghismo, parzialità con cui sono stato trattato mi ha colpito. La goccia finale è stata quando mi hanno assicurato che "Lunedì" avrebbero chiamato tutti gli interessati per prendere gli appuntamenti (nonostante penso la mia fosse stata uno delle prime chiamate) - inutile a dirsi, sto ancora aspettando quella chiamata del "Lunedì" dopo due mesi.... Forse potrebbe far fare affari ai compratori/locatori - ma dall'altro lato, e da un punto di vista di etica e professionalità, la situazione è un po' più triste. A particularly disappointing experience, which left a bitter taste in my mouth and even made real estate agents doubt as a category. I called for a house that I was particularly interested in, then called back several times, and in all this the arrogance and indifference, partiality with which I was treated struck me. The final drop was when they assured me that "Monday" would call everyone interested to make appointments (although I think mine was one of the first calls) - needless to say, I'm still waiting for that "Monday" call after two months .... Maybe it could make buyers / lessors do business - but on the other hand, and from an ethical and professional point of view, the situation is a little sadder.

Mi hanno aiutato tantissimo in tutte le pratiche burocratiche, ho visto in loro un'ottima preparazione in tutti i sensi. Credo che sia dovuto al fatto che che sono presenti sul mercato da anni.
