 I have been a customer for several years because I have had the opportunity to experience honesty in the advice they give as well as punctuality in appointments and safety in interventions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzavo un altro concessionario Piaggio a Milano, poi mi sono accorto che Doctor Scooter era più vicino a casa mia ed ho deciso di cambiare…mai decisione si è dimostrata più azzeccata..competenza, professionalità e disponibilità, le prime tre cose che mi vengono in mente per definire la struttura ed il suo elemento di riferimento, il signor Monti. In più, il mezzo sostitutivo, indispensabile per fare i tagliandi in assoluta autonomia…

La riparazione è stata velocissima e al ritiro avevano effettuato anche la pulizia e lucidatura del mezzo, omaggio da parte loro. Celerità, passione e competenza. Following an accident, I relied on Karim and his team who constantly supported me throughout the appraisal and repair process of the vehicle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio MP3 500 da loro dopo essere andato da 2 centri piaggio di Milano. In entrambe i casi mi sparavano più di 1200€ per sostiturie la sella che faceva interferenza con lo stabilizzatore e cambiare lo sterzo quando, grazie ai ragazzi di doctor scooter, che hanno ingrassato bene le guarnizioni e ripristinato i cavi della sella che controllavano lo stabilizzatore, ho speso 1/6. Bravissimi, gentilissimi (hanno pure avuto la pazienza di spiegarmi cosa avrebbero fatto quando in materia di motori non sono una cima) e veramente super onesti! Sicuramente il miglior centro di assistenza che abbia mai trovato! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

I brought my MP3 500 to them after going to 2 piaggio centers in Milan. In both cases I was shot more than 1200 € to replace the saddle that interfered with the stabilizer and change the steering when, thanks to the doctor scooter guys, who greased the gaskets well and restored the saddle cables that controlled the stabilizer, I spent 1/6. Very good, very kind (they even had the patience to explain to me what they would have done when I'm not a top in the field of engines) and really super honest! Definitely the best service center I've ever found! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
