Ho chiamato varie volte e non rispondeva nessuno e anche nel momento in cui ho parlato con una signorina mi è stato detto che nn avevano tempo per verificare perché erano pieni di lavoro. Assistenza ZERO Unfortunately my memory mattress, which was very comfortable at first, sank down after two years. Of course it is now more of a kennel than a mattress. Anche chiedendo alle attività vicine non sapevano darsi una spiegazione. Alla fine ho preso i materassi da un'altra parte. Prezzi onesti e titolare molto preparato. Grazie a tutto lo staff I went to this factory, they explained everything to me in detail, after 2 weeks I get my memory mattress (with special measures requested by me), I can only say that after years today and my 2 night sleep without pain on the back! Ancor prima della pessima qualità del materasso vorrei sottolinearse la scarsa educazione del titolare: arrongante e maleducato. Sono giorni che li chiamo per esporre il mio problema: un materasso acquistato da loro solo due anni fa e che adesso è da buttare. Me lo avevano spacciato come materasso di ottima qualità, un memory per la precisione, ma adesso è completamente affossato. Dopo giorni che li rincorro, il titolare ha accampato una serie di scuse senza senso e quando non sapeva più come arrampicarsi sugli specchi ha iniziato a parlarmi in tono aggressivo. PESSIMI PESSIMI PESSIMI This shop does not even deserve half a star (I only put it because otherwise I can't publish the review). Even before the poor quality of the mattress I would like to underline the lack of education of the owner: obliging and rude. I have been calling them for days to expose my problem: a mattress purchased by them only two years ago and which is now to be thrown away. They sold it to me as a top quality mattress, a memory to be exact, but now it's completely sunken. After days of chasing them, the owner made a series of senseless excuses and when he no longer knew how to climb the mirrors he started talking to me in an aggressive tone. BAD BAD BAD
