Per chi si muove in auto, Lunedì, parcheggio difficile per via del mercato. Recensione precedente: Il centro prelievi appare nuovissimo e confortevole nonostante le piccole dimensioni. Purtroppo anche con poche persone in fila, l'attesa è stata lunga. Un solo operatore al desk e un solo operatore dei prelievi. Non è stato possibile chiedere il referto online: "oggi purtroppo sono sola" è stata la giustificazione (incomprensibile) dell'impiegata. Quindi, nel 2018, dovrò tornare a prendere il referto in loco, aspettandomi la stessa fila. Veramente preistorico. Anche per la sola consegna di un campione (quindi senza prelievo), si deve far la fila presso l'unico infermiere, che durante un prelievo ha schiacciato un insetto sul pavimento (non dovuto all'igiene del luogo che è molto pulito). Poi ha pulito per terra e senza soluzione di continuità ha proseguito i prelievi. Tutto questo osservato di persona, visto che non viene chiusa la porta dello studiolo dei prelievi (che è esattamente davanti al corridoio di chi aspetta. Quindi nessuna privacy e nomi dei pazienti pronunciati ad alta voce. Lo sconsiglio in assoluto. Lo sconsiglio doppiamente se avete fretta e se non volete perdere tempo a ritirare il referto in loco e perdere il doppio del tempo. Sarò stato sfortunato io? Preso un giorno al lavoro, attraversata la città con la neve alta 20cm, arrivo alle 10h e mi é stata negata la possibilità di fare gli esami perché hanno deciso di iniziare a fare gli esami covid e prepararsi tra le 10h e 10h30.. giornata buttata, rischiato di guidare con una neve scivolosa, alzata presto, digiuno, fatta la fila fuori sotto la neve e buttato un flacone delle urine... scriverlo sul sito o sul disco telefonico no? Ogni volta è un piacere entrarci in quanto si è sempre accolti dal sorriso delle ragazze in reception. Non ho mai trovato tanta gentilezza in una struttura ospedaliera che unita alla loro disponibilità fanno di questo centro il mio preferito. Sono una persona ago-fobica ma l'infermiera che trovo regolarmente riesce sempre a mettermi a mio agio. Davvero un centro SUPER che consiglio sotto qualsiasi aspetto. Causa covid ci sono pochi posti all'interno: si entra scaglionati e viene data priorità a bambini, anziani e persone con disabilità e difficoltà. Una piccola attenzione che non si trova sempre altrove e che stamattina mi ha fatto davvero piacere. Penso proprio che in futuro tornerò ancora qui. Abbiamo sempre usufruito di questo centro molto valido. Posso capire se erano già stati a ritirare le provette ma solo per una questione di principio no, non lo accetto. Chi lavora in questi posti, deve avere un minimo di empatia con le persone e cercare di aiutarli là dove sia possibile. My experience was bad. Little tolerance and availability.
