Sono stata cliente assidua per due anni, sono bravi a fare i prelievi ma purtroppo ora è gestita da una segretaria estremamente rigida. Oggi sono arrivata dieci minuti dopo il nuovo orario di chiusura dei prelievi (9.45 invece che 10.00 come era sempre stato) e non ha voluto accettarmi. In considerazione del fatto che sono una loro cliente da tempo, all’ottavo mese di gravidanza e non sono riuscita ad arrivare prima perché impossibile trovare car sharing o taxi sotto il diluvio, questa mancanza di flessibilità non è giustificabile. Già al telefono mi specificano che, diversamente da QUALSIASIA ALTRA STRUTTURA MILANESE, non prendono appuntamento né danno precedenza a invalidi, donne incinte o disabili. No comment. Arriviamo alle 9 e troviamo una fila assurda. Nessuna misurazione della temperatura, nessuna attenzione al distanziamento nella fila, nessuna precauzione per le persone ammassate in piedi nella sala d'attesa, a parte alcuni posti a sedere dove c'era il cartello rosso di divieto. Una sola impiegata, di suo molto cortese ma con solo due marce: quella lenta e quella lentissima. E con la mascherina sotto al naso! Attesa interminabile. Non solo! Ad un certo punto, un medico addetto ai prelievi, esce da una porta laterale imprecando e, con molta maleducazione, commenta la fila urlando che alle 7.30 non c'era nessuno e che forse quindi in quel momento c'era fila perché prima "avevate freddo?!?!". Inaccettabile. Io sono un medico e sono rimasta impietrita dalla maleducazione e dalla scarsa professionalità del collega nonché, in zona rossa e periodo covid, per le davvero scadenti procedure di sicurezza del centro prelievi. Unacceptable. I am a doctor and I was petrified by the rudeness and lack of professionalism of my colleague as well as, in the red zone and the covid period, by the really poor security procedures of the collection center. NEVER AGAIN!

Son entrato, ho aspettato il mio turno (5 minuti), ho fatto la registrazione, poi il prelievo. Il tutto in 15 20min massimo. Le analisi sono comodamente arrivate tramite email nel pomeriggio. Fortunately I didn't trust the negative reviews, as my experience was great. I went in, waited for my turn (5 minutes), checked in, then picked up. All in 15 20min maximum. The analyzes came conveniently by email in the afternoon.
