 Qualified staff, very attentive to the customer's needs. I relied on them both for a purchase years ago and for leases and on both occasions they managed to satisfy our requests. Ms Rossella proved to be very professional.

L'agenzia è proprio davanti al santuario di Santa Rita, è composta da ragazzi giovani e sono molto professionali e ligi al dovere.
Rossella è stata super professionale e mi ha aiutato in questo percorso dalla proposta fino al rogito. Ha avuto anche problemi di salute causati dal Covid ed è riuscita ad organizzare visita all'appartamento tramite Roberto e scrittura proposta tramite un altra sua collega ed un collegamento zoom. Devo dire tutto con la massima professionalità!!
Ti fanno sentire proprio supportata in tutte le decisioni da prendere (soprattutto per chi è inesperta come me).
E poi con Rossella siamo pure diventate vicine di casa!! ;-)
Consiglio a chi cerca casa in zona di contattare Rossella, Roberto e gli altri ragazzi per trovare la casa dei sogni!!!
Nota: Se proprio devo dare un giudizio su tutto...le agenzie immobiliari dovrebbero avere una percentuale di provvigione più bassa.. (per questa agenzia è al 4%)
I bought a house with this agency in July 2021.
The agency is right in front of the sanctuary of Santa Rita, is made up of young guys and they are very professional and loyal to duty.
Rossella was super professional and helped me along this path from the proposal to the deed. She also had health problems caused by Covid and managed to organize a visit to the apartment through Roberto and writing proposed by another colleague of his and a zoom link. I have to say everything with the utmost professionalism !!
They make you feel really supported in all the decisions to be made (especially for those who are inexperienced like me).
And then with Rossella we also became neighbors !! ;-)
I advise anyone looking for a house in the area to contact Rossella, Roberto and the other guys to find the house of their dreams !!!
Note: If I really have to judge everything ... real estate agencies should have a lower commission percentage ... (for this agency it is 4%)

Ho comprato e venduto con il loro aiuto a novembre 2021.
Per entrambe le operazioni immobiliari la mia soddisfazione è massima. Sono stato supportato, sin dalle fase iniziali delle operazioni, con professionalità e disponibilità. Anche quando ci sono stati piccoli intoppi, fisiologici in questo tipo di operazioni, la gestione degli stessi è stata impeccabile, dimostrando spiccato problem solving, caratteristica principale dei professionisti di questo mercato ma tutt'altro che scontata.
Menzione particolare per Roberto e Nastassia, non li ringrazierò mai abbastanza per quanto fatto per me e la mia famiglia e per avermi su(o)pportato in questa fase di cambiamento.
Non è la prima agenzia con la quale faccio operazioni immobiliari, ma sarà sicuramente la prima che ricontatterò in futuro.

I bought and sold with their help in November 2021.
For both real estate transactions, my satisfaction is maximum. I was supported, from the initial phase of the operations, with professionalism and availability. Even when there were small, physiological hitches in this type of operation, their management was flawless, demonstrating strong problem solving, the main feature of professionals in this market but far from obvious.
Special mention for Roberto and Nastassia, I will never thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family and for having brought me into this phase of change.
It is not the first agency with which I do real estate transactions, but it will certainly be the first that I will contact in the future.

Con la filiale di Tecnocasa in Santa Rita, invece, ci siamo trovati bene sin dal primo momento. Tutti sono molto professionali e disponibili e, nel nostro caso, sia l'analisi dei documenti della casa che la richiesta di informazioni aggiuntive sono state gestite al meglio.

We have been trying to buy a house for a few months and the experiences we have had with other real estate agencies have been anything but positive.

My experience with the Tecnocasa agency in Santa Rita - Famagosta was very positive and now I'll explain why. With my husband we turned to them for the sale of our apartment, I was very thoughtful about what to do, being our first experience in the field, Roberto and Pietro patiently already from the first appointment took all the time to answer my doubts and fears with a lot of patience and providing comprehensive answers. In the next appointment they always answered all my questions with great availability and transparency. We did well to trust their experience, in two weeks the property was sold, during the visits of potential buyers at the house, both Pietro and Andrea were always very polite and professional.
I recommend contacting this agency made up of a young, dynamic, polite and above all competent team that knows how to advise and direct you in the right way.
