RESIDENZA CHIARALBA MILANO

Ho vissuto in un appartamento chiamato Aldebaran. È stata una grande esperienza perché la residenza ha strutture molto eleganti e funzionali. La mia università, SPD, era raggiungibile a piedi. Non mi sono mai sentito solo grazie al personale attento e disponibile.

Come essere a casa! La struttura è in una buona posizione anche se non si trova in una zona centrale: abbiamo vicino due supermercati, diversi ristoranti e una fermata del tram da cui si può andare anche in Duomo o ai Navigli. La Bocconi è a venti minuti a piedi e volendo ci si può arrivare anche col tram in meno tempo. Io soggiorno nell'appartamento Diadema, che abbiamo trovato pulito, nuovo (la mia lampada aveva ancora l'etichetta!) e veramente molto accogliente. I bagni erano immacolati al momento della consegna e ci sono stati forniti alcuni elettrodomestici e piccoli mobili su richiesta. Tutto lo staff è disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o supporto.

Ci sono momenti in cui avere a disposizione servizi e persone altamente professionali ha un valore altissimo ed in questo periodo di pandemia è stato ancora più evidente. Nostra figlia ha avuto la possibilità di frequentare il suo primo anno in Bocconi in presenza, soggiornando in un ambiente tranquillo, riservato, con ogni confort, igiene e pulizia . Abbiamo sperimentato da parte di tutti grossa attenzione ai ragazzi, gentilezza e disponibilità. La Sig.ra Cecilia è stata un punto di riferimento per qualunque esigenza o difficoltà anche minima. Tutto lo staff è prontamente intervenuto per mantenere sempre livelli altissimi di servizio e non si sono mai tirati indietro ad ogni richiesta. Un grosso grazie.

I lived in Residenza Chiaralba for one year. It was an amazing experience. Great service, always available, kind, and great houses where you can feel at as you were home. It was really easy to reach the city centre, with just a bus to arrive in Duomo in 15 minutes. Moreover, if you need to reach every other venue in Milan, like for the EXPO, you just needed to go to the underground 5 minutes far with the bus. It is a great place to live for students, there are more than 4 universities close to Residenza Chiaralba, that means that if you are a student or a young professional you can find all you need to have the perfect experience in Milan. Highly recommended.

Best experience yet. It felt like home! I lived in one of Residenza Chiaralba's apartments (I remember "Chiaralba 6") for a year and a half with a good friend of mine. We had one of the ground floor apartments in the yellow U building that had a courtyard with a beautiful olive tree and some greenery. As a student at Scuola Politecnica di Design, the location was perfect as it was 3 bus stops away from IULM/S.P.D and the green line Romolo or 5 min away by bike. It had 2 trams at walking distance from our house that went straight to Duomo, passing by the main interesting districts of the city. The apartments are also of walking distance of a supermarket, a great gym that usually makes offers for students (GetFit gym), several important banks such as Intesa San Paolo, Barclays, a great restaurant/bar called Carlo e Camilla. In fact, this district is getting more lively by the day, new places are popping up. The service was impeccable and the staff very friendly and helpful. In fact, Cicilia, a woman who took all residents in charge, was a phone call away for anything needed (random questions about how to do things, about electricity, about water, plumbers, etc. litteraly everything). She's a multi-tasker and will be at your service with a lot of understanding as you are a foreigner in this country. She really made us feel at home and like we had a second mother or sister to help us out whenever needed. Apartments are very well equiped, new, clean, spacious. All in all, I would highly recommence Residenza chiaralba for students. It was a beautiful experience.

I stayed here all 3 years if my bachelors and can definitely say that the location is great, only 10-15 minutes away from Bocconi University. The team is very efficient and solve problems very swiftly. All in all would stay again!

Incredibly accommodating and helpful staff, the apartment was perfectly clean and all appliances new and functional upon arrival. So far, living in a Chiaralba residence has been a true pleasure!
