Il cercare di soddisfare il cliente risolvendo sempre i problemi che creano le nostre auto, mai una volta mi hanno lasciato in sospeso o non sono riusciti a risolvere qualcosa. Un Team Incredibile, Unico, coordinato a meraviglia che fanno questo lavoro con passione e non perche devono farlo.. Ragazzi formati e sempre disponibili. Grazie ragazzi restate sempre cosi siete spettacolari !!!!!!!!!! Known by chance 6 years ago for a simple tire change, and from there I have always relied on them, also bringing my relatives for their professionalism. Trying to satisfy the customer by always solving the problems that our cars create, never once left me in suspense or failed to solve something. An Incredible, Unique Team, wonderfully coordinated who do this job with passion and not because they have to do it .. Young people trained and always available. Sono stati subito disponibili in un momento di emergenza con le ruote bucate, qualità prezzo accettabile, sicuramente se avrò un altro problema con la macchina tornerò da loro Fast and very kind. Mettono sempre davanti l'interesse del cliente prima di quello personale, oggi mi sono recato per un controllo dei freni, in un altro centro mi avrebbero sicuramente fatto cambiare disco e pastiglie, loro invece mi hanno consigliato di aspettare visto che i freni non sono cosi usurati da dover essere cambiati. Avrebbero potuto mettere davanti i loro interessi ed io, ignorante in materia, avrei ovviamente fatto fare il lavoro, ma questo da Midas di viale Cassala non é mai successo ed é il motivo per cui mi sono sempre rivolto a loro e continueró a farlo anche in futuro. Avrebbero potuto farmi pagare il controllo visto che comunque hanno dovuto caricare l'auto sul ponte e invece non mi hanno chiesto nulla. Purtroppo 5 stelle é il minimo ma ne meriterebbero almeno il doppio. For years now they have been my only point of reference for interventions on my car. They always put the customer's interest in front of the personal one, today I went for a brake check, in another center they would certainly have made me change discs and pads, but they advised me to wait since the brakes are not like that worn out from needing to be changed. They could have put their interests before them and I, ignorant on the subject, would obviously have had the job done, but this has never happened from Midas in viale Cassala and it is the reason why I have always turned to them and will continue to do so also in future. They could have charged me for the inspection since they had to load the car on the bridge anyway and instead they didn't ask me for anything. Unfortunately 5 stars is the minimum but they deserve at least double.

Come sa chi legge le mie recensioni, se posso faccio un giro anche nei bagni (li ritengo importanti e parte integrante). Siamo comunque in una officina quindi non avevo grandi pretese. Oltretutto diciamoci anche la verità, spesso più che loro, la colpa è dei clienti incivili. Quindi la 5 stella non c’è per colpa dei clienti ma, le prime 4 sono super meritate. Dimenticavo, una volta fatto il tagliando, ricevo ogni anno un avviso. Sistema comodo per chi come me ha la memoria corta Always available kind, fast service. As anyone who reads my reviews knows, if I can I also take a tour in the bathrooms (I consider them important and an integral part). However, we are in a workshop so I didn't have great expectations. We were afraid that it would be difficult to find necessary pieces since it Jeep Wrangler is not a common car but the mechanic settled it with the help of his professionalism.
