S	Simone Palumbo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il 20 Gennaio 2021 mi sono recato presso l'autofficina Castellano per un avaria alla spia Candelette per la mia Classe A180. Lavoro effettuato in una giornata con un costo iva compresa di 305€ così suddiviso : 112 euro per 4 candele ( il costo medio di una candela bosch è 15€), 38 euro di Diagnosi, 100 euro di lavoro, 55€ di IVA). In sede di ritiro il proprietario NON indossa la mascherina e NON RISPETTA I PROTOCOLLI COVID in mia presenza , inoltre ha qualche resistenza nell'effettuare fattura insistendo più volte sul fatto che la mia richiesta di pagare con carta avrebbe generato un ulteriore aumento dell'imponibile. Dopo una lunga discussione sono riuscito a pagare con carta come se fosse una richiesta anomala. Dopo Circa 400 KM la spia delle candelette si accende di nuovo a causa di un cavo mal collegato. Valutate voi la qualità del servizio offerto per un semplicissimo lavoretto di manutenzione . on January 20, 2021 I went to the Castellano garage for a failure in the Glow plugs light for my A180 Class. G	Gabriele I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire ho la macchina che portavo sempre dal mio vecchio meccanico fidato.. ogni volta che lo portavo non riesce mai a risolvere qual’è la problema.. ho provato portare da questo Autofficina e dopo due gg il ragazzo mi ha informato che lo sa il problema.. ero contentissimo perché non ho sprecato ne il tempo e il soldi.. Ed è fino adesso da 6 mesi che la mia macchina si va alla grande.. tornerò di sicuro.. meno male che ho trovato questo autofficina. Mi ha fatto il preventivo DOPO aver già portato la mia auto in officina costringendomi così a pagare il carro attrezzi (gratis con la mia assicurazione). Chiedeva 260€ per cambiare la batteria...ne ho spesi 90 e ci ho messo 10 min cambiandola da sola davanti alla sua officina. Se ci tenete ai vostri soldi e al vostro tempo evitatelo!! I will never come back. Owner arrogant, ignorant, dishonest. He gave me the estimate AFTER I had already brought my car to the workshop thus forcing me to pay the tow truck (free with my insurance). He asked € 260 to change the battery ... I spent 90 and it took me 10 minutes changing it alone in front of his workshop. If you care about your money and your time avoid it !!

Hanno le buone attrezzi per le pneumatici mi sono trovato bene e sono molto disponibili. Già preso anche la appuntamento per la revisione. La consiglio veramente I tried to go to this garage to change tires and I would say they were honest for the prices. They have good tools for the tires I found myself well and they are very helpful. Dopo averla lasciata il per effettuare una curata diagnosi il giorno dopo, sono stato contattato telefonicamente è mi estato comunicato un preventivo per la sostituzione della centralina avevo chiesto ad altre officine ma il loro prezzo era il piú, basso consigliato vivamente Excellent garage for my car I had a problem my car started to turn badly I tried to show it to them .. and I would say that the guy is very professional. Lavoro a contatto con la clientela e non mi permetterei mai di a un cliente allora visto che sai tutto montalo da solo.
