★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo!! Non mi dilungo, dico solo quello che mi sono sentita rispondere lo scorso anno da una gentile signora: "a me non me ne frega un cavolo dei problemi di sua mamma"... ecc.ecc. Meno male che che viene identificato come "Punto Fragilità"...
Bad service !! I won't dwell on it, I'm just saying what I heard a nice lady answer last year: "I don't give a damn about your mom's problems" ... etc. Etc. Luckily it is identified as a "Fragility Point" ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente incapace di gestire urgenze, svogliata e col cervello in modalità "pilota automatico": se chiedi loro di uscire un attimo dalle due risposte preimpostate che si sono imparate a memoria, vanno in crisi e ti chiudono il telefono in faccia. Grazie anche a causa loro sono senza assistenza sanitaria in periodo COVID. Vi meritate una bella denuncia :)
People unable to manage urgencies, listless and with their brains on "autopilot" mode: if you ask them to get out of the two preset answers that they have learned by heart, they go into crisis and close the phone in your face. Thanks also because they are without health care during the COVID period. You deserve a good complaint :)
