S	Sergio Travel “sierra67 milano” Milan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un certificato ci dicono telefonicamente che non serve prenotazione, arriviamo e ci dicono agli sportelli che ci vuole la prenotazione, spiego che per telefono hanno detto il contrario, con espressione infastidita ci danno il bigliettino. Dopo un ora non chiamano nessuno della nostra lettera di riferimento, 5 cinque sportelli alle 9.30 tre spariscono ( pausa caffè?) Una impiegata mi dice che non sono loro a schiacciare il pulsante ma un algoritmo.....uaaaaaaaaaaa ...un algoritmo... vabbè dopo un'ora e dopo le nostre insistenze delle persone in attesa aprono lo sportello e dopo un'ora e 10 minuti di attesa riusciamo a farci consegnare il certificato. Nel frattempo la sciura della informazioni mi redarguisce dicendomi che non devo lamentarsi perché non ho la prenotazione ...ma sé al telefono mi hanno detto che non serve la prenotazione ? - ...- tutto francamente surreale... Milano uffici comunali è questa lenti e indisponenti... c'era una volta la Milano pubblica efficente e funzionale .. esistevano uffici decentrati nei quartieri veramente efficienti ... In the meantime, the knowledge of the information scolds me by telling me that I don't have to complain because I don't have a reservation ... but if on the phone they told me that a reservation is not needed? - ...- all frankly surreal ... Milan municipal offices is this slow and annoying ... once upon a time there was an efficient and functional public Milan .. there were decentralized offices in truly efficient neighborhoods ...
S	Sergio Vicky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastici è impiegati cordialissimi, mi hanno rifatto nuova la carta d'identità elettronica ( era bloccata e non valida per l'espatrio ) in pochi minuti e la stessa mi arriverà a casa entro 5 giorni, naturalmente VALIDA PER L'ESPATRIO... EVVIVAAAA Fantastic and very cordial employees, they remade my electronic identity card (it was blocked and not valid for expatriation) in a few minutes and it will arrive at home within 5 days, of course VALID FOR EXPATRIATION ... EVVIVAAAA

P	Pamela Panta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulito, organizzato, amabili, fanno rispettare le regole per i Covid-19, non solo ha la biblioteca comunale, anche la Assistenza Sociale, il UONPIA per i bambini dislessici, certo con previo appuntamento per questi ultimi servizi Clean, organized, lovable, they enforce the rules for Covid-19, not only does it have the municipal library, also the Social Assistance, the UONPIA for dyslexic children, certainly with prior appointment for the latter services.
