★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per autenticare un documento è stata una vera Odissea. Al primo accesso, nonostante il locale fosse vuoto, mi stavano rifiutando il servizio. Mi hanno chiesto il motivo per cui dovevo autenticare il documento ( cosa inaudita). Mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto attendere e non c' era nessuno in coda. Finalmente arrivo allo sportello. L' impiegata, con scarsa educazione, mi dice che la fotocopia non va bene perché deve essere fronte retro. La copisteria più vicina è a 1.5 km. Vado, torno con la fotocopia e...ops abbiamo dimenticato di dirle che doveva portare la marca da bollo oppure pagare ma solo in contanti. Ottimo servizio, ora ci riprovo per la terza volta, vediamo che scusa trovano ancora per rimbalzarmi. Vergognoso veramente.
To authenticate a document was a real odyssey. At the first access, despite the place being empty, they were refusing me the service. They asked me why I had to authenticate the document (which was unheard of). They told me I would have to wait and there was no one in line. I finally arrive at the counter. The clerk, with little education, tells me that the photocopy is not good because it must be front and back. The nearest copy shop is 1.5 km away. I go, I come back with the photocopy and ... oops we forgot to tell her that she had to bring the stamp or pay but only in cash. Great service, now I'll try again for the third time, let's see what excuse they still find to bounce back. Really shameful.
