★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's number 1 Bus Stop, on the left from the terminal exit. It was punctual, around 35 mins to Termini without traffic. PDF ticket on the mobile phone works well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to come early to catch your plane. They start late about 15 minutes or more sometimes. And they take double the agreed ticket price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disaster. no organisation at all. they cancel buses without notifying, then it doesn't matter if you are one hour the first in the queue, they will come and make a group of 40 people get in before you and making almost impossible get a seat for all the people who was waiting for long time and with no other option than wait for the next bus... which I was not willing to do, so returned the ticket and went to other company, departed very quick while the others from Terravision were still waiting for the next bus to arrive.

Negative: the air conditioning barely worked (especially on the trip from Ciampino to Termini) and this in 37 degree weather. The driver wasn't the best, driving too fast in my opinion and he also almost hit another car (also on the trip from the airport). The busses weren't clean at all and also seemed old
We used Terravision in the past, for other airport transfers in Italy and it was fine. But now we were disappointed. There are probably better options available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it -5 if it was possible, it’s a scam company, we booked our tickets the night before online, we were there 5 min earlier, they closed the bus door and went away! And they had the audacity to tell us that the bus is full and no seats are available (how is it possible? They sold our tickets to other people) it is illegal to sell same ticket to different people almost everywhere on this planet! The staff was also rude however he got disciplined enough by us, so hopefully this is not repeated in future.
