★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pueden NO UTILICEN este servicio, elijan otra opción.Nosotros siento turistas en Roma, compramos a las 17hs un ticket en la boleteria con efectivo para ese mismo dia a Torino para las 22.45 del dia 8/4/2022. EL BUS NUNCA ARRIVÓ, en la aplicación no te daban información de nada y nos dejaron toda la noche en la calle sin ningun tipo de explicación o socorro. A la mañana siguiente ( después de esperar toda la noche en la calle) unos amigos llamaron por teléfono y nos dijeron que debiamos tomar el micro de la mañana siguiente que asi fue . Pero nadie nos vino a dar explicaciones , disculpas y ningun tipo de ayuda.
If you can, DO NOT USE this service, choose another option. We feel like tourists in Rome, we bought a ticket at the ticket office with cash for that same day to Turin for 10:45 p.m. on 8/4/2022. THE BUS NEVER ARRIVED, in the application they did not give you information about anything and they left us all night in the street without any kind of explanation or help. The next morning (after waiting all night in the street) some friends called us on the phone and told us that we should take the bus the next morning, which was the case. But no one came to give us explanations, apologies or any kind of help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza un numero di telefono ne un servizio clienti . Non posso fare il biglietto online e nn so dove posso farlo. Era molto meglio flixbus dato che il sistema ferroviario è ancora peggio.
Without a phone number or customer service. I can't buy the ticket online and I don't know where I can do it. It was much better flixbus as the rail system is even worse.
