★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho spedito un pacco il 13/11/21 il pacco aveva il valore di 450 euro da pagare in contrassegno mi hanno detto che in 15 giorni li avevo sul conto oggi è 8 dicembre ancora non mi è pervenuto niente poi ho pagato tantissimo per la spedizione che ci voglio anche stare ma i tempi per riprendere i soldi sono veramente esagerati mai più da line express

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza a Roma. OLTRE 4 ore per consegnare nonostante 10 km di distanza e costo 20E. Al ritiro il fattorino, alla mia domanda se, vista la merce ALIMENTARE avesse consegnato in tempi brevi, dichiara di fronte a TESTIMONI la consegna subito. Un tempo congruo sarebbe stato 1 ora. Il delay sarebbe stato anche accettato se fosse stato avvisato al momento del ritiro. La merce è arrivata avariata. Sollecitato più volte il corriere, dapprima comunica la consegna entro 1 ora dal reclamo e al secondo reclamo trascorsa oltre 1 ora, dichiara che il commesso ha avuto un incidente. Ovviamente senza alcun avviso nonostante fossero stati forniti tutti i numeri di telefono da contattare per eventuali comunicazioni.

Obviously without any notice even though all the telephone numbers to contact for any communications had been provided.
