★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful employees. Cleanliness at the station is pretty much on the average. There's a storage facility currently going for €3,00/bag - very, very helpful. The metro n city bus stations, n a couple of coffee shops r also close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why there are all these negative reviews on this page (IF they're even real). In my experience, this city-bus hub was extremely efficient, perfectly clean, modern in its structure, and full of info points.
The personnel was fantastic to say the very least: a young woman approached me and my wife to ask us if everything was okay, and if we needed some assistance with choosing a bus line.
A place like this can only be a dream where we come from.
So, 5 STARS and TWO THUMBS UP for Autostazione Tibus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main bus station of Rome looks and feels like it was in a third-world country. Though quite well organized, the kiosks and buildings seems old, with haphazardly pasted signs, posters, destination lists, and timetables. Very crowded.
It's quite far from the city center, or at least Termini station, but still walkable. It's very close to Tiburtina station, however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review is not specific to a particular station but generic to Rome's local transport, which is pathetic. No information, no proper display in the buses. They assume everyone is local ama knows the bus stations by heart, no display on buses. You can't trust google maps or any other app for that matter as the info providing company I believe is not serving the info.

There are elevators for all floors, makes it convenient to carry baggage. Located conveniently, and all major bus lines including Flixbus and Eurobus stop here

Bus convinience is good.
Want to travel other places other then Rome. You will find the buses over there.
