Si possono vedere in parte dall'esterno del cancello del Museo dei Granatieri di Sardegna, oppure percorrendo l'ingresso del cortile del Mibact. Sempre rimanendo esterni ai Musei, si può visitare dal parcheggio interno del Mibact l'area archeologica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme. Qui sono visibili i resti del Circo Variano, il retro delle Terme Eleniane, due aree archeologiche in fase di scavo e l'acquedotto romano nelle mura Aureliane. Qui dentro è possibile vedere questi reperti un po' da lontano, ma ne vale la pena. Infine dal lato di viale Castrense si può ancora vedere la forma circolare dell'anfiteatro Castrense, l'acquedotto Felice, le mura Aureliane e l'acquedotto Claudio. Il tutto in un'area tra Porta Maggiore e la Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano che comprende anche la Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, l'Orto Monastico di S.Croce in Gerusalemme, il Museo Storico dei Granatieri di Sardegna, la Domus Sessoriana, il Museo Storico della Fanteria e il Museo Nazionale degli Strumenti Musicali. To see the Eleniane Baths one must go to Piazza di S. Croce in Gerusalemme 7. They can be seen partly from the outside of the gate of the Grenadier Museum of Sardinia, or along the entrance to the courtyard of the Mibact. Still remaining outside the Museums, you can visit the archaeological area of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme from the Mibact parking area. Here you can see the remains of the Variano Circus, the back of the Elenian Baths, two archaeological areas in the process of excavation and the Roman aqueduct in the Aurelian walls. Here you can see these findings from a distance, but it's worth it. Finally, from the Viale Castrense side you can still see the circular shape of the Castrense amphitheater, the Felice aqueduct, the Aurelian walls and the Claudio aqueduct. All in an area between Porta Maggiore and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano which also includes the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, the Monastic Garden of S.Croce in Gerusalemme, the Historical Museum of the Grenadiers of Sardinia, the Domus Sessoriana , the Historical Museum of the Infantry and the National Museum of Musical Instruments.
A	Alessio Fauni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visibili mentre si passeggia tranquilli per questo vialone di Roma, possiamo ammirare i resti di queste terme sicuramente risalenti all'Antica Roma. Gli scavi sono ordinati e tutto sommato molto ben visibili anche se non si può entrare fisicamente all'interno della zona. Un'altra bellissima situazione in cui basta camminare per imbattersi in resti affascinanti. Visible while strolling quiet for this avenue of Rome, we can see the remains of these spas definitely dating back to Ancient Rome. The excavations are sorted and all in all very well visible even if you can not physically get inside the zone. Another beautiful situation where you just walk to come across fascinating remains.
