★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely don't go on weekends. 1 h queue to buy the pass, just to find that there are no free lockers or sun beds, also no system to book one once it gets free. There are plenty of free sun beds in the hotel guest area that is not possible to access even if you've paid for treatments and day pass, very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing once we got in! We were there mid week in mid March so not too crowded. We paid 90 euros for the entrance fee which included the hot pool, 20 minutes in the grotto and a 50 minute hot oil massage which was amazing!!! The locker rooms and showers were clean and the natural hot Springs were oh so great after our many days of walking and touring for a week and being in cold weather. We actually got a little sun! (I am from sunny southern CA).
Our only complaint was that I thought towels and flip flops were included. Sadly they were not, so we had to buy them. However, we had to wait for someone to come open the gift shop. After 20 minutes I finally had to knock on the office door and wait another 10 minutes for someone to finally come open the door. Yes I was one of those impatient Americans, but we had paid and were wasting precious time and were anxious to get out to the pool. All in all, I would highly recommend!!
