★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting Roman site. You can walk troguh the site for free: the view from the top is amazing (you can see all the coast). The ticket for the musuem is just 2 euro, it deserves a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible Roman settlement from 300 BC with amazing views on the sea. Find the access to the ancient water reservoir, quite an impressive vaulted space! There is also a small but interesting archeological museum you should pay a visit to, remarkable sculptures and Roman objects found on the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in the area a great educational stop. Walk among the ancient ruins that have been partially excavated. The cost for the museum is only 2€ and well worth it to get a better history of the site.
In early October we had the place almost entirely to ourselves. The descriptions of the various areas are in several languages including English. Very informative.
The sense of history is immense and you can get a feeling for what it was like to live in the BCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing how this city shows a highly advance engineering in construction and water management. There are many reservoirs, channels and also terracota pipes that shows how important was the rain water for the survival.
I was in shock when I first saw the pattern in the walls very similar to the ones in Machu Picchu and Tihuanaco in Perú.
