R	Roberto Maina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente gentili e cortesi, ma a mia moglie hanno venduto dei bastoncini da skating solo per vendere qualcosa. Si è recata nel negozio per acquistarne un paio. Lamentando scarsità di materiali gli hanno proposto di montare il materiale dei bastoncini vecchi in suo possesso (di cui uno rotto) su due stecche nuove, ma alte 170cm invece che 175cm. Alla consegna, (dove non le è stato stato rilasciato nessuno scontrino fiscale) le sono state consegnati due bastoncini (più corti di 5 cm) con sopra montate le mie due manopole e con i puntalini (non miei) uno nuovo e uno evidentemente usato. Inoltre non è stato restituito il materiale da lei consegnato all'inizio del lavoro (due bastoncini, di cui uno rotto ma con i puntalini montati ovviamente senza manopole). Su mia insistenza, dopo quasi un mese, sono passato a ritirare il miei vecchi bastoncini, che secondo il negoziante erano stati buttati via, ma mi sono visto consegnare solo più quello intero, un pezzo di quello rotto, e senza i puntalini, che sono stati smontati e poi sono spariti (ma non sono stati montati sui miei nuovi bastoncini perché di diametro diverso). Sono molto dispiaciuto. Non ho nulla da eccepire sul materiale, sull'esecuzione del lavoro e anche sulla disponibilità, ma la professionalità è un'altra cosa. AGGIORNAMENTO 14/01/2022: gli stessi bastoncini, della lunghezza corretta (175cm) con papere nuove, manopole nuove e lacci a sgancio rapido, costano, spedite dall'austria 10 euro in piu' (spedizione compresa) ... Certainly nice and courteous, but they sold my wife some skating poles just to sell something. She went to the store to buy a pair. Complaining lack of materials, they proposed to mount the material of the old sticks in his possession (one of which was broken) on two new sticks, but 170cm high instead of 175cm. Upon delivery, (where no receipt was issued), two sticks (shorter than 5 cm) were delivered with my two knobs mounted on them and one new and one obviously used with the tips (not mine). Furthermore, the material delivered by her at the beginning of the work was not returned (two sticks, one of which broken but with the tips mounted obviously without knobs). At my insistence, after almost a month, I went to collect my old sticks, which according to the shopkeeper had been thrown away, but I only saw the whole one delivered, a piece of the broken one, and without the tips, which are they were disassembled and then disappeared (but they were not mounted on my new poles because of different diameter). I am very sorry. I have nothing to complain about the material, the execution of the work and also the availability, but professionalism is another thing. UPDATE 01/14/2022: the same sticks, of the correct length (175cm) with new ducks, new knobs and quick release laces, cost, sent from Austria 10 euros more (shipping included) ...
