★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very good, all Decathlon stores are more or less similar, you can find almost everything you need for any type of sport yiu practise at prices that can be less online shops peices like amazon or eBay, I really recommend it, 1 negative thing is that if you go there just to watch u will find something nice at low price to buy ahahahh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge, full and loaded with branded and non branded items. A store where you get alot of Ad on options without stress. Ideal for everyone. Shop for gym wear, basics, sports equipment, surprisingly even protein shakes. Ask for members card to gain shopping points as they always have cool offers and rewards for returning customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled to turin and visited both decathlon stores. The central store provided bike rental at a reasonable price. We preordered the bikes online and arranged to collect instore. No helmets where available to buy in store and none could be provided. No repair kit is available with the rental if you have a puncture. We returned to the store with a puncture and no alternative bike was available nor was the puncture repaired. Our rental period lasted less than 12 hours and we still had to pay for two bikes for 2 full days. We where offered no assistance only told to wait for an email for further information. If we had known we would not recieve a refund for the bikes we would have kept one for the period of rental and atleast expected some assistance with the puncture. Overall the experience was a waste of time and money. We have since contacted the store and spoken to staff who have disregarded our complaint, as "decathlon do not offer refunds" on early return of hire. Poor effort will not return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many products I was looking for were available in few sizes only (XS or L), only 2 out of 7 staff members I've talked to during two visits were eager to help and to answer my question. Others just ignored me and kept doing their business, even though I clearly was waiting for an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing bad to say about the products, their quality and price, prices are convenient, quality is good. However, when it comes to the atmosphere inside of the shop of say : it's super hot inside in winner time, there is basically no space, neither for stroller nor for wheelchair, you can't pass in any ways. Moreover, some staff they don't know about products.
