Premetto che avevo già contattato altri punti vendita, non della Ferrino, ma comunque che si occupavano di ricambi per sostituzione tende e nessuno mi ha saputo aiutare!!
Ho telefonato quindi nel negozio Ferrino e mi hanno risolto il problema in un attimo. Sono andata da loro consegnando i pezzi rotti ed in una settimana me li hanno riconsegnati, praticamente nuovi. I gestori sono fantastici, gentilissimi e preparati!! Consiglio a tutti di andare un bel negozio ed un Team ancora meglio, veramente capaci! Un grazie a loro ed all'assistenza Ferrino.

I found the Ferrino shop by chance on the internet, I had a problem on the poles of my tent now never out of production. I state that I had already contacted other points of sale, not Ferrino, but who were dealing with spare parts for the replacement of curtains and no one was able to help me !!
So I called the Ferrino shop and they solved the problem in an instant. I went to them delivering the broken pieces and in a week they returned them to me, practically new. The managers are fantastic, very kind and prepared !! I recommend everyone to go to a nice shop and an even better team, really capable! Thanks to them and to Ferrino assistance.
