Ero curioso di visitare anche quello di Torino ma leggendo le recensioni non mi viene voglia, sia per i commenti di chi posta ma soprattutto per le risposte di chi gestisce il negozio.. In attesa di tempi migliori mi dirigo altrove I go to several shops selling mountain items, especially in the Aosta Valley where I visited the 2 shops in Montura. I was also curious to visit the one in Turin but reading the reviews I do not feel like it, both for the comments of those who post but above all for the responses of those who manage the shop .. Waiting for better times, I head elsewhere
m	massimo massarini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle 18.50 iniziano ad abbassare le saracinesche, alle 18.55 non si entra più, per provare le scarpe devi pagare 20 €, se chiedi di provarle con le calze (di solito si fa così se compri scarpe da montagna e non infradito) devi acquistare anche quelle. Io sono favorevole a supportare i negozi locali ma tutto ha un limite! At 18.50 they start to lower the shutters, at 18.55 you don't enter anymore, to try on the shoes you have to pay € 20, if you ask to try them on with socks (usually this is done if you buy mountain shoes and not flip flops) you have to buy those too . I am in favor of supporting local shops but everything has a limit!

Uscita da lì (senza OVVIAMENTE accettare di pagare 20€) sono andata in altro negozio dove ho comprato le scarpe che ho provato (gratuitamente). Io le scarpe non le compro su internet ma solo nei negozi: ma di certo solo in posti in cui la clientela viene rispettata. Incredibile. Vendendo dalla zona di Bolzano posso dire che questo marchio eccelle in questa zona . Il personale che mi ha servito è altamente preparato tecnicamente e sa consigliare in base alle esigenze. Costa come marchio , non lo si mette in dubbio , ma si porta a casa un capo tecnico che dura nel tempo. Ritorneró sicuramente Consigliato Those who really know this brand know what they buy as it is a must-have brand when it comes to outdor. Selling from the Bolzano area I can say that this brand excels in this area. The staff who served me are highly technically trained and know how to advise according to needs. It costs as a brand, it is not doubted, but it brings home a technical garment that lasts over time. I will definitely be back Recommended

Il personale è altamente qualificato, la ragazza con la quale ho parlato, mi ha elencato peggio e difetti delle giacche che provavo Tolgo una stella perché un pizzico di sconto lo ritengo corretto dal prezzo di listino, anche solo un 5% immagino sia solo un bel gesto... Invece impassibili nemmeno un adesivo omaggio... Ok, unici a Torino...sarà lapolitica del negozio...ma mi spiace anche solo pensare che potrei venire tentato dallo Shop on-line... Well stocked shop, not everything you can find on the montura site but a lot of everything. The staff is highly qualified, the girl I spoke to, listed worse and faults than the jackets I was wearing I take away a star because I believe a pinch of discount is correct from the list price, even just a 5% I imagine it is just a nice gesture ... Instead, not even a free sticker impassive ... Ok, unique in Turin ... it will be the politics of the shop ... but I'm sorry even to think that I might be tempted by the online shop ...
