Addirittura quando sono entrato mi ha salutato un cliente in risposta al mio "Buongiorno", ma nessun commesso. No comment. 30 minutes in the shop without a shop assistant asking me if I needed anything and without anyone speaking to me. Le scarpe che ho acquistato sono le migliori che abbia mai avuto, senza mezzi termini!!! Comode da far impallidire le ciabatte di casa, rinforzate sui lati danno una sensazione di solidità e robustezza che tranquillizza anche l'animo! Il negozio è fornitissimo di abbigliamento di ottima qualità, attrezzature e accessori per la salita e il pernottamento nei bivacchi, il personale è molto ben preparato nel consigliare alternative in caso manchi una taglia. I prezzi sono decisamente elevati, se non ci sono i saldi, ma trattandosi di alta montagna ... non risparmierei un centesimo per proteggermi adeguatamente!! Visita CONSIGLIATISSIMA. Comfortable to make the slippers of the house pale, reinforced on the sides give a feeling of solidity and robustness that also calms the soul! The shop is well stocked with top quality clothing, equipment and accessories for climbing and staying overnight in bivouacs, the staff is very well trained in recommending alternatives in case you miss a size. The prices are very high, if there are no sales, but being high mountains ... I would not save a cent to protect myself adequately! Visit HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Visto che dovevo tornare in ufficio e che avevo le idee chiare su cosa comprare, trovo in 10 minuti la felpa che può andar bene per me (circa 200 euro di spesa) e poi chiedo alla commessa bionda di abbinare anche un paio di pantaloni. Lei mi dice che il negozio è in chiusura e quindi chiedo se posso solo provare velocemente i pantaloni, ma dice di tornare nel pomeriggio. Sono uscita dal negozio senza felpa e senza pantaloni, sicuramente i tre commessi (a negozio vuoto) hanno fatto il loro pranzo senza perdere neanche un minuto della loro pausa. Sappiate che un cliente che può spendere 300 euro in 20 minuti non è abbastanza rapido e gradito per il marchio Salewa. Me ne farò una ragione, è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere e sarà anche l'ultima. I entered the shop at 1.15pm, I thought it was open for lunch. Since I had to go back to the office and I had clear ideas about what to buy, in 10 minutes I find the sweatshirt that would suit me (about 200 euros of expenditure) and then I ask the blonde saleswoman to also match a pair of pants. She tells me that the shop is closing so I ask if I can just try on the pants quickly, but she says to come back in the afternoon. I left the shop without a sweatshirt and without pants, surely the three clerks (with the shop empty) had their lunch without losing even a minute of their break. Know that a customer who can spend 300 euros in 20 minutes is not quick and welcome enough for the Salewa brand. I will make a reason, it is the first time that something like this has happened to me and it will also be the last.
