Ad ogni passo si viene marcati ad uomo come se si fosse entrati per svaligiare il negozio rendendo la visita un po’ ansiogena. L’ultima volta volevo comprare una borsa in saldo, ma era rovinata e, di fronte alla mia titubanza, mi è stato risposto in malo modo che “per quel prezzo si può prendere anche così”. Conosco questa boutique da quando ero una ragazzina e con mia madre partivamo da Carmagnola appositamente per fare shopping. Oggi, a distanza di anni, continuo a scegliere Massanova quando mio marito vuole farmi un regalo, o semplicemente voglio farmelo da sola. Massanova is the place, in Turin, where you can shop in a really welcoming environment and in my opinion absolutely discreet and never intrusive. I have known this boutique since I was a little girl and with my mother we left Carmagnola specifically to go shopping. Today, after many years, I continue to choose Massanova when my husband wants to give me a gift, or just want to do it myself.

Ma non mi sono trovata bene con il servizio nessuna delle volte in cui ci sono stata. Le commesse assillano invece di assistere/accompagnare il cliente nell'acquisto. L'ultima volta stavo cercando solo un vestito che rientrava nel budget che mi ero prefissata: quando ero ancora in camerino (nel quale non ci sono specchi, quindi ancora non mi ero vista) la commessa ha iniziato a chiedermi come mi stesse il vestito, e non avevo ancora avuto il tempo di valutarlo neppure io. Non appena uscita dal camerino per guardarmi allo specchio, la commessa ha iniziato: "Hai anche un cappotto?", "Starebbe meglio con una cintura questo abito", "Vuoi la scarpa?", "Tanto costa poco, puoi anche comprare una cintura". Insomma, mi è andata via la voglia di comprare il vestito anche perché non potevo guardarmi allo specchio con calma senza sentirmi gli occhi fissi addosso. Alla fine l'abito non mi convinceva comunque, e sembrava avessi fatto una cosa terribile nel non comprarlo, infatti mi sono sentita pure guardata con fastidio. Cioè non posso provare un vestito senza volere gli accessori vari e ritenere pure che l'abito non mi doni quanto credessi? Gli articoli sono una favola, ma se posso evitare di tornare, lo farò. As soon as she came out of the dressing room to look at me in the mirror, the saleswoman started: "Do you also have a coat?", "This dress would be better with a belt", "Do you want the shoe?", "It is so cheap, you can also buy a belt ". In short, the desire to buy the dress went away also because I could not look at myself in the mirror without feeling my eyes fixed on me. In the end the dress did not convince me anyway, and it seemed I had done a terrible thing in not buying it, in fact I also felt looked at with annoyance. That is, I can not try on a dress without wanting various accessories and even feel that the dress does not give me what I believed? The articles are a fairy tale, but if I can avoid returning, I will.

È un negozio in cui si entrerebbe volentieri anche solo per curiosare, hanno davvero articoli interessanti, di qualità e originali, e sicuramente non se me uscirebbe a mani vuote, se si potesse farlo in tranquillità. Però la presenza poco discreta delle assistenti alla vendita non aiuta, io perlomeno non mi sento più a mio agio, saluto e me ne vado. Meglio entrare già con un'idea sicura di acquisto, ne vale la pena perché è davvero un bel negozio. I agree with the reviews on the nagging orders (owners?). It is a shop that you would be happy to enter even just to browse, they really have interesting, quality and original items, and certainly not if you would go out empty-handed, if you could do it in peace. But the unobtrusive presence of the sales assistants does not help, at least I no longer feel comfortable, I say goodbye and I leave. Better to enter already with a safe purchase idea, it's worth it because it's a really nice shop.

Historic shop in the center of Turin overlooking the beautiful Piazza Castello.Excellent balance between brands and prices.Focused on women but with a department also for a sporty and informal man.

Non mi sono assoluta sentita pedinata o osservata! Anzi siccome avevo tutta la famiglia al seguito ho subito detto che avrei solo giardato ma che poi sarei smdata in settimana con calma! Ero gia loro cliente in Via Roma ma devo dire che la qualità dei capi è rimasta alta! Complimenti per il negozio.. lo consiglio vivamente! So I wanted to somehow deny all the negative reviews .. today I went into the shop in Via Pietro Micca, they asked me what I needed and they kindly offered me some items and also gave me some excellent advice. I absolutely did not feel followed or observed! Indeed, since I had the whole family in tow, I immediately said that I would only have a garden but then I would be calmly smdata during the week! I was already their client in Via Roma but I must say that the quality of the garments remained high! Kudos for the shop .. highly recommend!
