Sono in possesso di un buono che mi è stato fatto a seguito di un cambio merce e mi dicono che non è rimborsabile.
Considerando che avevo bisogno di un paio di scarponi (non disponibili), un casco da montagna (non disponibile) e un paio di ramponi (non disponibili), ho perso 100€ in quanto non mi serve nulla di tutto il resto.
Da cliente, mi sarei aspettato una maggior attenzione.

Considering that I needed a pair of boots (not available), a mountain helmet (not available) and a pair of crampons (not available), I lost 100 € as I don't need any of the rest.

Con il ricordo di come avevano trattato mio padre sono andata sul sicuro: il signore che mi ha servita è molto professionale, mi ha spiegato la differenza tra le varie scarpe, con tutti i pregi delle due tra cui ero più indecisa, senza premere per farmi comprare la più costosa. Per la scelta del numero mi ha fatto provare la lunghezza della soletta in modo da vedere (senza la scarpa) dove sarebbe arrivato il mio piede. Mi ha dato diversi consigli sulle solette migliori da cercare se dovessi avere ancora freddo (dovrò andare in Finlandia), sapendo che loro non le hanno in negozio. Super consigliato sia per i professionisti che per i dilettanti della montagna e dell'outdoor.

With the memory of how they had treated my father, I went on the safe side: the gentleman who served me is very professional, he explained to me the difference between the various shoes, with all the advantages of the two, among which I was more indecisive, without pressing to make myself buy the most expensive. For the choice of the number he made me try the length of the insole in order to see (without the shoe) where my foot would arrive. He gave me several tips on the best insoles to look for if I'm still cold (I'll have to go to Finland), knowing they don't have them in the store. Super recommended for both professionals and amateurs in the mountains and outdoors.
