Dopo alcuni mesi dall' acquisto di un anello con Zaffiro ( ben pagato), che però non ha entusiasmato la beneficiaria ( mai indossato), la proprietaria non ha voluto in nessun modo sostituirlo! E premetto che avrei acquistato un gioiello più costoso mettendo la differenza. In altra oreficeria ho risolto il problema.
The after-sales management is disappointing. After a few months from the purchase of a ring with Sapphire (well paid), which however did not impress the beneficiary (never worn), the owner did not want to replace it in any way! And I state that I would have bought a more expensive jewel making the difference. In other jewelery I have solved the problem.
