Senza fare di tutta l'erba un fascio, se capita di imbattersi nella commessa a cui ho chiesto aiuto, ha mostrato di esser altezzosa e superficiale negando una garanzia di un anello rovinatosi dopo nemmeno 6 mesi, se non a pagamento, quando in altri negozi la risposta è stata tutt'altra e in 2 settimane ho ricevuto una sostituzione integrale del prodotto acquistato. Quindi non demordete ed evitate questo punto vendita. Swaroski assistance boasts an impeccable precision and correctness given by the name that precedes it .. too bad that going to this shop demotivates the customer to buy back this brand. Without making a mess of everything, if it happens to run into the saleswoman I asked for help, she has shown to be haughty and superficial by denying a guarantee of a ring ruined after less than 6 months, if not for a fee, when in other shops the answer was quite different and in 2 weeks I received a complete replacement of the purchased product.
