Security guard at the entry was the representative who helped the most in guiding me where to go. Not so helpful was Milena, the sales associate couldn't be bothered to help find male facial cleansers at the end of her day. I'm the end Xhiana could be scene helping so many including me. Serena found the correct pore reducer to use 1-2 xs weekly.

The salesperson has been really nice to me. Ill pay a visit again for more shopping

The worst Sephora experience. The staff/ commesse are not well prepared and are rude in replying. They don't properly observe customers in order and are just jumping from one to another. I went quite a few times with my fiance and always had a bad experience and some staff don't know the products well. Our experience at other Sephora was much much better. This rating for this particular branch of Sephora. I would advise to go to other branches if you need proper advice in buying some . Sephora itself is a really good shop.

All you want in cosmetics you can find,but not cheap.

Security followed me the whole time. Apparently I look like a thief!!! I went to Sephora from USA to Poland and it never happened to me!!! I will rethink buying in this shopping again because it was really embarrassing!!!!

I had an unpleasant experience with the security. I was shopping with my whole family at sephora. My sister and i were looking from different products so we were moving around the store. The security followed us everywhere like a shadow and it was very creepy. We went upstairs to get another product and he just comes out of nowhere to tell us the cashier is in the underground floor. I told him i was getting another product. In the end i left the products i wanted to buy with my mom because she was going to pay. So me and my sister left the store. While we were going out the security, who had followed us everywhere asks us where are the things we bought, letting us know he thought we were stealing. It very unprofessional of him and made our experience not nice at all. I hope serious actions are taken because this is unacceptable! I also had a really bad moment with one of your employees who was too rude to me. She was accusing me of opening a product that i found opened, so I thought well it must be a tester and i picked it up to see it. She came telling me, very angrily, how I shouldn’t have opened it and i should buy now. I told i was very sorry and how it found opened like a tester. She kept on insisting i should buy it and she was soo rude about it. I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR SEPHORA CLIENT FOR YEARS and have shopped at different stores in different locations and it was the first time something like this happened to me. Please sephora take action, i love the brand but these employees really gave me an unpleasant experience
