Considerato il periodo natalizio e la situazione covid potevano fare un’eccezione...ed in primis essere più educate! The orders are very rude ... I went in with my husband and I didn't realize it was just after one o'clock ... they shouted at me in chorus that the shop was closed and thrown out without even a greeting! Considering the Christmas period and the covid situation, they could have made an exception ... and first of all be more polite!

Azienda internazionale che produce linee di abbigliamento e di accessori di gran moda e di qualità. Scarpe, accessori e abbigliamento femminile molto commercializzato e apprezzato soprattutto dalle New Generation capi venduti ad una vasta clientela. Richiesta di Green Pass avendo scelto personalmente l'accesso al negozio in un giorno festivo. Personale gentile. Sono stata un'avventrice occasionale essendo accompagnatrice di una mia amica desiderosa di fare acquisti, nell'avventurarmi dentro al negozio preposto in due piani comprensivo di un notevole numero di articoli spazianti dall'elegante allo sportivo, un paio di scarpe ha catturato la mia attenzione. Bellissime. Ho chiesto la cortesia di poterle provare. Avendo un piede sottile e una gamba lunga e snella mi calzavano magnificamente. Decido per l'acquisto. Poi le volto e rilevo la suola annerita. Faccio ammenda alla commessa gentilmente, asserendo che se mi fosse stato assegnato un paio di scarpe munito di una suola intonsa l'avrei acquistato senza batter ciglio. La commessa si allontana per ritornare con un nuovo paio di scarpe sempre con una suola annerita. La giustificazione proposta è stata che era causata dalla messa in prova delle clienti. Non sufficiente per me. Non in cambio di un valore di 179 Euro. Nonostante fossero bellissime le ho riposte. Ritengo solo per un ulteriore prova di una nuova avventrice. I amends the saleswoman kindly, asserting that if I had been assigned a pair of shoes with an untouched sole I would have bought it without batting an eyelid. The saleswoman leaves to return with a new pair of shoes, always with a blackened sole. The justification proposed was that it was caused by the probation of customers. Not good enough for me. Not in exchange for a value of 179 euros. Although they were beautiful, I put them away. I consider it only for further proof of a new adventrice. Sad and unacceptable for the reputation of the brand.
