Sono stata molti minuti ad aspettare al piano di sopra, dove mi aveva detto di attenderlo, fino a ché mi sono dovuta rivolgere ad un’alta commessa. Del capo che cercavo non vi era la taglia. Hanno segnato il mio recapito telefonico, dicendo che lo avrebbero ordinato dal magazzino, non mi hanno mai richiamata!!! Per avvisarmi anche solo che non c’era più la disponibilità. Zero professionalità.
Non torno più, comprerò online!
Salesman (man) smiling and kind but unreliable !!! I spent many minutes waiting upstairs, where he had told me to wait for him, until I had to turn to a high order. There was no size for the garment I was looking for. They marked my telephone number, saying that they would order it from the warehouse, they never called me back !!! To alert me even that there was no longer availability. Zero professionalism.
I won't be back, I'll buy online!

Disponibile, gentile, dolce e comprensiva, ma soprattutto onesta.
Nonostante possa non avergli reso Le cose “facili” È stata bravissima.
