★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always full of people, difficult to find a workers there, looks like only cashiers works, long q as always, security guys has a 2 job I think. Instead of staying at the entrance I don’t know he was always regulating in women fitting room. Click and collect I have waited for 20 minutes who will come and bring my online purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not change the garments to another size after it is purchased if the size is wrong unless you have voucher! You have to return your clothes, buy the product of your preferred size again and wait for the money to return to your bank account after 5 working days (as I was instructedby the employees). They have changed their policy to do this recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is modern and nice. The staff are not really nice, gentle and polite. I feel not really happy. We come for shopping and spending money to this shop. At least we should get treat nicely. I never have any problem with any zara shop in many place in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are terrible here,no one cares about the customer!! Today the cashier lady made everyone wait for more than 15 minutes just because she had to test perfumes!!! Ridiculous,,expected better selection of staff from a multinational like Zara!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is really nice. It's big, well enlightened and with everything well displayed. It has several floors and the prices seemed accessible and reasonable for the most part. I will be going back to purchase a few things for sure. If you are downtown, check it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think that there is a problem with how clients needs are managed in this particular shop: there are always long lines of women waiting on the grand floor and almost no one on the mens floor. Managment should do better fir what they paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantly messing up orders and makes you feel like it is your fault. Once they didn't give my order to me but tagged it as received by the customer, and I had to go to the store every other day for 2 weeks to get my money back. This happened once more but the product was cheap so I didn't wanted to bother myself trying to go there everyday. They just gave it to someone else, and told me that I took it. They lose orders in their storage. Terrible store with incompetent management and employees.
