Prima di Natale mio marito ha acquistato due pettinini ed una collana, tutto di Etro ,accertandosi prima della possibilità di reso. Non essendo di mio gradimento mi sono recata in data 28 dicembre, alle ore 10, per il cambio. Dapprima hanno sostenuto che la collana non si poteva sostituire, poi, accettato di mala voglia , dal momento che ormai in negozio c'erano solo più pochissimi articoli, avrei optato per un profumo. Mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Mi hanno proposto un articolo per la casa, che poi ho acquistato. Vorrei sapere perché una collana si può sostituire con un cuscino e non con un profumo. Inoltre poiché la cifra raggiunta era inferiore di 3 euro rispetto a quella spesa originariamente, mi è stato proposto l'ACQUISTO, non l'omaggio, di una saponettina di 8 euro. Tra l'altro l'oggetto comprato al piano superiore costava 205 euro, scesi al piano inferiore ne costava già 210... Non abbiamo detto nulla, la freddezza l'antipatia e la venalità di quella negoziante ci han tolto ogni voglia. Abbiamo pure donato loro i 3 euro di differenza I am writing to express my disappointment with the way I was treated at "Vanità".
