★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indecente che in un negozio del centro, ci sia una sola commessa a servire e far cassa.quasi un ora di attesa. Non tanto per noi adulti, ma chi aveva i bimbi ha avuto difficoltà a tenerli fermi in coda. Mai più lì. Pessima esperienza. Meglio il negozio del lingotto.
 It is indecent that in a shop in the center, there is only one saleswoman to serve and make cash. Almost an hour of waiting. Not so much for us adults, but those who had children had a hard time keeping them in line. Never again there. Bad experience. Better the bar shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di recente mi sono recato insieme a mia moglie nel punto vendita e ho trovato del personale sgradevole e maleducato! In special modo la signorina con il carrè. Ci ha messo molta fretta invitandoci ad uscire nel più breve tempo possibile e al nostro ingresso,trovandosi in cassa, non indossava la mascherina! Educate le commesse per cortesia.. non sono il primo che si lamenta di ciò! Com'è possibile che dopo tante lamentele non sia cambiato ancora nulla?
I recently went with my wife to the store and found the staff unpleasant and rude! Especially the young lady with the carrè. He put us in a hurry inviting us to go out as soon as possible and at our entrance, being at the cash desk, he was not wearing a mask! Polite the orders out of courtesy .. I'm not the first to complain about this! How is it possible that after so many complaints nothing has changed yet?

Mi hanno inviato prima al piano superiore poi dopo pochi minuti è venuta la commessa mora per dire che dovevo subito scendere perché non poteva lei e quindi io stare lì , neppure se fossi stata una ladra da guardare a vista.Sono scesa e ho visto persone chiuse fuori che aspettavano di entrare mentre le due commesse erano dentro senza far nulla.Poi quando riesco a comprare due cose in fretta con gran sollecitazione di far presto e di guardare senza toccare da parte delle due commesse e dopo avermi assicurato che uno dei due indumenti era al 50 per cento di sconto arrivo alla cassa e mi viene detto che tale sconto è sfumato. Mi rivolgo ai datori di lavoro di tali professioniste dicendo: "perché non le candidate alľoscar per cortesia ,affabilità ,professionalità, pazienza ? Lo prenderebbero di sicuro... Comunque dare anche una sola stella mi sembra troppo perché quello che doveva essere un momento lieto di tranquillità si è trasformato in uno momento stressante, un incubo ,da non ripetere assolutamente.
They deserve less than a star for the rudeness I suffered. They sent me first upstairs then after a few minutes the brunette saleswoman came to say that I had to get off immediately because she couldn't and therefore I would stay there, even if I had been a thief to look at. I went down and saw people closed outside waiting to enter while the two shop assistants were inside doing nothing.Then when I manage to buy two things in a hurry with great urge to hurry up and look without touching by the two orders and after having assured me that one of the two clothes was at the 50% discount I arrive at the cashier and I am told that the discount has disappeared. I address the employers of these professionals saying: "why not the alľoscar candidates out of courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, patience? They would take it for sure ... However, giving even a single star seems too much to me because what must have been a happy moment of tranquility has turned into a stressful moment, a nightmare, not to be repeated at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata più volte a fare acquisti in questo negozio e sono sempre stata accolta con estrema cortesia dalla signora Franca e ieri anche dalla signora Maria Grazia. Anche con il negozio pieno, anche quando le restrizioni Covid hanno imposto la porta chiusa e il limite numerico di clienti all’interno, ho sempre trovato gentilezza e disponibilità.
I went several times to shop in this shop and I have always been greeted with extreme courtesy by Mrs. Franca and yesterday also by Mrs. Maria Grazia. Even with the shop full, even when Covid restrictions have imposed the door closed and the number of customers inside, I have always found kindness and helpfulness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff ever. Very pushy staff too! Only one person allowed in the shop because ‘we have to accompany you’ (there were three staff members!). Obviously you have to wear a mask to enter, one staff member does not wear it. Waited 20 min to enter because I was looking for a specific toy. Staff member at the register: is this all you will buy? Did you take a look at our clothing? Now is the moment to buy. You will regret it... and so on and on ??
