★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere disponibilità di un prodotto spiegando che ero fuori Torino per lavoro e mi sarei recata in auto (traffico, parcheggio ecc ecc….) apposta nel loro store per acquistarlo.
Prima mi hanno detto che era disponibile! Poi quando ho chiesto conferma hanno fatto i vaghi dicendo che avevano vari modelli di quel tipo senza rispondere precisamente. Ci siamo quindi recati in negozio ed il prodotto non era disponibile. Vi lascio immaginare la perdita di tempo!
Non capisco perché non essere onesti e collaborativi telefonicamente come tutti gli altri store di Gucci che non sono in franchising?!? Mi sembra molto poco professionale.
 I called to ask for the availability of a product, explaining that I was out of Turin for work and I would have gone by car (traffic, parking, etc., etc.) on purpose to their store to buy it.
First they told me it was available! Then when I asked for confirmation they were vague saying that they had various models of that type without answering precisely. We then went to the shop and the product was not available. I let you imagine the waste of time!
I don't understand why not to be honest and cooperative over the phone like all the other Gucci stores that are not franchises?!? It seems very unprofessional to me.

Pago e mi chiede se voglio un pacco regalo, rispondo di sì e il responsabile maschio che mi ha fatto pagare va ad impacchettare il regalo, impacchettato non molto bene ma la cosa piu grave è di aver lasciato il prezzo dentro il regalo!!!
In un negozio del genere è molto vergognoso per quanto si pagano le cose
Very helpful girl chose a gift for a birthday, so far so good.
I pay and he asks me if I want a gift package, I answer yes and the male manager who made me pay goes to pack the gift, not packaged very well but the worst thing is to have left the price inside the gift !!!
In such a shop it is very shameful how much you pay for things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema legato ad un reso di un acquisto online che la casa madre citava sul sito si potesse effettuare nelle boutique autorizzate, ma che giunta in negozio si e scoperto non potessero fare.
I ragazzi del negozio sono stati davvero premurosi e gentili. Dal direttore alle commesse, ho avuto premure e grande disponibilità. Si sono spesi per aiutarmi, comprendendo l'equivoco nato da un errore del sito.
Ho avuto grande gentilezza, merce rara di questi tempi.
I had a problem related to a return of an online purchase that the parent company mentioned on the site could be made in authorized boutiques, but which arrived in the store it turned out they could not do.
The guys in the shop were really thoughtful and kind. From the director to the orders, I was attentive and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me, understanding the misunderstanding that arose from a site error.
I had great kindness, a rare commodity these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a gift in a Gucci sotre and three days later I went back for a change.But they would not allow me to make the change while all the others could do it within 14 days from the purchase(it is also written in the receipt).I was treated differently just because I am not a White People.That is the systematic discrimination of Gucci.
