Ho comprato un orologio da uomo Maserati.Aveva una piccola e non evidente righetta sul quadrante tuttavia l'ho comprato lo stesso. Ho chiesto alla commessa di regolarmi sia l'ora che la data, lei l'ha fatto dietro il bancone in un angolo in modo che io non riuscissi a vedere cosa stesse facendo. Poi pone l'orologio in una scatola vecchia e sporca. Inizialmente noto solo che la scatola è sporca, chiedo se me la potesse pulire.Esco dal negozio, ricontrollo e molto stupita vedo che la scatola dell'orologio era molto rovinata oltre che vecchia, cosa che non avevo avuto modo di vedere all'interno del negozio. Ritorno e chiedo se me la possono cambiare.Arrivo a casa, ricontrollo un'ultima volta e vedo che l'orologio non funzionava affatto. Chiamo la commessa di Stroili che non mi ha aiutata per niente a risolvere il problema! Oltre che aver avuto un pessimo servizio, massima disattenzione nel fornirmi un prodotto FUNZIONANTE(non mi ha nemmeno avvertita del difetto, vendendomi un orologio inutilizzabile) non ha nemmeno cercato delle soluzioni. MOLTO SCONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!! 1 star is simply because there are no 0 stars. I bought a Maserati men's watch, it had a small and not noticeable line on the dial but I bought it anyway. I asked the saleswoman to set both the time and the date for me, she did it behind the counter in the corner so that I couldn't see what she was doing. Then he places the watch in an old and dirty box. Initially I only notice that the box is dirty, I ask if you could clean it. I leave the shop, double check and very amazed I see that the watch box was very damaged as well as old, which I had not had the opportunity to see inside the shop. I come back and ask if they can change it. I get home, check one last time and see that the clock was not working at all. I call the Stroili saleswoman who hasn't helped me at all to solve the problem! In addition to having had a bad service, maximum inattention in providing me a WORKING product (he did not even warn me of the defect, selling me an unusable watch) he did not even look for solutions. VERY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!

Avevo tentato di far riparare questo cinturino di orologio d'acciaio di buona marca presso altri prestigiosi negozi, nessuno pareva essere in grado di aggiustarlo. Quindi, bravo e sensato il tecnico orologiaio d'appoggio di Stroili via Roma. E ottime le commesse, che hanno poi perfezionato il lavoro in negozio. Prezzi ragionevoli. Sono entrata in questo negozio per comprare diversi articoli e con tutti gli articoli acquistati ho avuto dei grossi problemi perché la qualità e la fattura è scadente! Ho dovuto portare alcune cose a riparare perché poco dopo hanno presentato dei problemi e anche la gestione dell'assistenza è stata gestita in maniera allucinante. Ovviamente non ci metterò mai più piede. 7/12 Sono passati due giorni dall'ennesimo cambio fatto di un orecchino d'oro e questa è la dimostrazione di quanto da me affermato due giorni fa la chiavetta dell'orecchino in oro si è rotta È un anno che vado avanti e indietro vorrei essere contattata da un responsabile per he una cosa del genere non è concepibile dovrei chiedervi i danni I pointed to a star because zero is not possible.
