Ottima accoglienza e cura del cliente a dir poco incredibile. Personale molto gentile, competente, in grado di capire le proprie esigenze. La boutique non ha eguali nella piazza torinese ma anche in altre grandi città si fa fatica a trovare una location simile. Ineccepibile infine il servizio post vendita ad iniziare dal packaging dedicato per ogni tipologia di scatola di orologi, chiaramente in aggiunta al corredo in dotazione dalla casa madre, Rolex, Omega ecc.

Che dire! Location molto bella ed accogliente, personale professionale e di grande cortesia, nello specifico Lucrezia. Nel nostro caso si sono spesi per farci avere il regalo di laurea,, che avevamo scelto, in tempi rapidissimi. Consigliatissimo

Very kind staff... although it was obvios that me and my friend will not buy anything, we got a full tour plus history.... so kind ...

I got from them the omega seamaster diver 300m, i was happy because i got a discount from them, and the good part end there, after few weeks i noticed that the watch has some issues with the changing date at midnight, and the polish of the bracelet was curved instead of straight so i went to the shop, at first they said that i polished by my self and i ruined it ( but do you really think that people polish by them self a 4k watch? ) unfortunately for them i had some pics of the watch before of purchase so they couldn't have any excuse, and the tollerance for the chanding date is 5 min before mid and 5 min after mid, my watch used to change at 00.20 so they accepted to send it to the omega's custumer service. After almost a month that still acceptable, they fixed the midnight changing date, and they also changed the bracelet, but i noticed that the bracelet had some scratches that i didn't do it, i didn't care that much as the watch it will scratch, and i worn it and left the shop, however when i was walking down the street the closing mechanism it OPENED it self and my watch almost fell !!!! shocked and disappointed i went back to the shop showing them that the clasp could be opened just with a finger !!! and all they said that i was unlucky, and send back again to the omega's customer service again !!! after another month i got the watch back with new scratches even in the back case of the watch, i let the employer notice that my watch has too many scratches and i didn't do that, unfortunately for me this time i didn't take pictures before send it back and i couldn't have proof to show that i was right. I'm not that angry just because i live in italy and i get used of this kind of situation that the customer get downplayed by the owner when you try have some rights, from the bmw service that they sell broken cars as new, or in my case they had a ride with my car when i gave it to them to change the engine oil ( i have a dash cam integrate in the mirror ) they are just good to take money and say goodbye.

I bought a watch there, which can almost be considered low cost in terms of luxury watches. Regardless, I felt very welcomed, excellent service, super friendly and professional staff and surprisingly competitive pricing. Would recommend 100% and will be glad to return!
