Di fronte ad un minimo indugio sono stato praticamente allontanato senza aver la possibilità di riflettere o vedere altro. Ero davvero intenzionato a comprare ma l'arroganza del personale mi è risultata inaccettabile e l'allarme covid19 non è una giustificazione sufficiente per trattare male i clienti (educati). Fairly good products, medium assortment, slightly higher than average prices, bad service. Commessa gentile e disponibile, proprietario tutto il contrario, vi consiglio di andare con le idee chiare perché non sono ammessi tentennamenti, al primo dubbio sarete invitati ad andare fuori dal negozio e lasciare spazio a gente più degna di voi di stare al suo interno. Avrei acquistato anche altra merce, ma visto il trattamento riservatomi, ho accettato l'invito ad uscire. Sono entrata per comprare un paio di pedule, ero tornata perché la scorsa settimana mi avevano fatto provare un solo paio dicendomi che erano in attesa di nuovi arrivi. Ho telefonato due giorni fa e mi hanno detto che qualcosa era arrivato. Entro e mi fanno provare due soli modelli dicendomi che sono in attesa di altre consegne. L’unico paio che non mi hanno suggerito era uno in saldo (guarda caso!) e che ho visto io. Me lo fanno provare ma lo avevano dato da provare anche ad un’altra persona entrata dopo di me. Ma lo aveva provato prima di me, quindi non ho potuto prenderlo. Insomma imprecisi e un po’ pasticcioni... Peccato perché il negozio è molto bello e sicuramente ben fornito, suggerirei di formare meglio il personale. Difficulty and little willingness to understand my needs, even if explained well. r	rosy cappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questo negozio a Gennaio. Cercavo scarpe da montagna adatte a trekking e alle ciaspole ma comode e calde. E un passamontagna che non facesse appannare gli occhiali. E guanti e calze. Arrivavo da una brutta esperienza in un altro negozio in cui mi erano state vendeti scarponi molto duri poichè ramponabili. Ma non lo sapevo. Entrava anche l’acqua. Il negoziante mi aveva maltrattata affermando che ero tenuta a sapere che gli scarponi ramponabili sono duri!!!!! E che la ditta aveva fatto i test di impermeabilizzazione ed era tutto nella norma. (Gli scarponi li ho rivenduti su ebay). Da Ronco invece sono stata seguita dal commesso con attenzione. Senza fretta. Avendo specificato la mia inesperienza (chiarimento dato anche nell’altro negozio) ho ricevuto molte spiegazioni, anzichè il trattamento con sufficienza frequente nei negozi di sport. Chi mi ha accolta da Ronco era paziente, professionale ma anche in grado di stare alla battuta con simpatia. Ovvero molto duttile. Il negozio dispone di poche ci marche, da loro accuratamente pre-selezionate. Pertanto bisogna fidarsi e affidarsi. Grazie! I went to this shop in January. I came from a bad experience in another shop where very hard boots were sold because they were cramponable. But I didn't know that. The water also entered. The shopkeeper had mistreated me stating that I was bound to know that crampon boots are hard !!!!! And that the company had done waterproofing tests and everything was okay. (The boots I have resold on ebay). At Ronco, on the other hand, I was followed closely by the clerk. No hurry. Having specified my inexperience (clarification also given in the other shop), I received many explanations, instead of being treated with frequent sufficiency in sports shops. Those who welcomed me to Ronco were patient, professional but also able to stand up to the joke with sympathy. That is very flexible. The shop has a few brands, carefully pre-selected by them.
