Ho un alluce valgo da operare, serve l'rx da portare a ricovero. L'ortopedico mi dice di fare l'rx anche dell'altro piede, già operato, per fare un check.
Il referto parla solo del piede già operato.
Dell'rx del piede da operare nessun accenno.
Spero almeno di trovare l'immagine nel cd, perché il referto cartaceo manca al 50% (ma i soldi erano interi).
Aggiungo qui la risposta a voi, perché non mi fa fare un post di risposta. Non ho ricevuto alcuna chiamata da voi, in compenso ormai già un mese fa ho richiamato io e sono già tornata (fa sorridere che voi infatti rispondiate a questo post quando il 4 febbraio ero da voi a chiedere spiegazioni). Comunque.. Un medico molto disponibile mi ha aperto il cd rom per sicurezza e fortunatamente le immagini c'erano. Non era il medico che mi aveva fatto il referto e, visibilmente in imbarazzo, ha detto semplicemente "forse ha pensato che l'alluce fosse ancora nei limiti". Ho l'intervento la prossima settimana col primario e non è proprio nei limiti, ma lui che altro poteva dire, certo non poteva andare contro al collega. Non mi ha potuto fare un nuovo referto perché per l'appunto il refertante era un altro.
Leggo da altre recensioni che col cartaceo avete spesso problemi. Chissà, sarei curiosa di sapere se è lo stesso medico.
Vabbè, tornerò a fare le rx dove andavo prima (vi farei leggere il referto dell'altro alluce valgo fatto tre anni fa..)

I have a hallux valgus to be operated on, I need the rx to be taken to hospital. The orthopedist tells me to do an x-ray of the other foot, already operated, to do a check.
The report speaks only of the foot already operated on.
No mention of the rx of the foot to be operated on.
I hope at least to find the image on the CD, because the paper report is missing at 50% (but the money was full).

I have not received any calls from you, on the other hand I called back a month ago already and I am already back (it makes you smile that in fact you respond to this post when on February 4th I was with you asking for explanations). Anyway .. A very helpful doctor opened the cd rom for me to be safe and luckily the images were there. It was not the doctor who had given me the report and, visibly embarrassed, he simply said "maybe he thought that the big toe was still within the limits". I have the surgery next week with the primary and it is not really within the limits, but what else could he say, certainly he could not go against his colleague. He was unable to give me a new report because the referent was another.
I read from other reviews that you often have problems with paper. Who knows, I'd be curious to know if it's the same doctor.
Oh well, I'll go back to do the x-rays where I went before (I would let you read the report of the other hallux valgus done three years ago ..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno la scorsa settimana ho fatto un'ecografia e il dottore molto gentile mi ha diagnosticato una trombosi e il consiglio di andare subito in pronto soccorso per accelerare i tempi ed iniziare subito la terapia ,andata in psoccorso non mi hanno trovato nessuna trombosi ,vi rendete conto cari dottori cosa scrivere ? Cosa prova una persona con una diagnosi così ? Quante ore al psoccorso per un errore ? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con endocrinologa che si permette fare commenti fuori luogo e zero competenza in materia seppur indicato il problema che verrà trattato ancora al telefono. Un'ora di "visita" inutile ad ascoltare un discorso estremamente offensivo. La persona che ha subito questo appuntamento è tornata a casa con grave crisi depressiva. Vergognoso!
Il risultato della visita: 6 mesi di psicoterapia mandati all'aria, crisi depressiva, e il consiglio di "contattare altro dottore" dello stesso centro, da quale però sicuramente non ci rivolgeremo per non rischiare un'altra volta.
Bad experience with an endocrinologist who allows herself to make inappropriate comments and zero competence in the matter, even if the problem is indicated that will be treated again on the phone. An hour of "visit" useless to listen to an extremely offensive speech. The person who went through this appointment returned home with a severe depressive crisis. Shameful!
The result of the visit: 6 months of psychotherapy sent to the ground, depressive crisis, and the advice to "contact another doctor" of the same center, from which we will certainly not turn to avoid taking risks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro è moderno, molto pulito e in una posizione comoda sia per chi arriva a piedi che per chi è in macchina. La valutazione negativa dipende da tre cose. La prima riguarda i 20 minuti di attesa. La seconda è che all'accettazione mi hanno "rimproverato" per non aver stampato la prescrizione medica e nel 2022 mi sembra veramente folle dover stampare un foglio (che il mio medico mi ha inviato per email) solo per far scannerizzare un codice a barre, che, appunto, l'impiegata ha scannerizzato senza problemi dal cellulare. La terza è che la dottoressa che mi ha fatto un ecocolordoppler ha espresso dei giudizi fuori luogo senza conoscermi né conoscere la mia situazione sanitaria. Ogni paziente porta dentro di sé una sfida e se non si è interessati a conoscerla suggerirei di non esprimere giudizi che possono risultare violenti.
The center is modern, very clean and in a convenient location for both those arriving on foot and by car. Negative evaluation depends on three things. The first concerns the 20 minute wait. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una RM chiusa andata malissimo causa claustrofobia personale, mai più avrei detto di ripetere la cosa. Mi fu stata consigliata quella aperta nella sede tecnomed d Trento. Di certo la paura nn mi mancava nemmeno qst volta. Mi ha sbalordito la gentilezza assoluta di tutto lo staff medico nel rassicurarmi con pazienza professionale che al giorno d oggi nn si trova. Dopo mille rassicurazioni e qulache coccola mi sn convinto a fare la RM a tal punto d addormentarmi nel macchinario. Grazie d cuore staff tecnomed se dovessi rifarla tornerei li, anche se sn di verona. Consiglio a tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su consiglio ho scelto questa struttura per eseguire in privato una risonanza per mio figlio. Quando ho chiamato mi è stato data nell'immediato. Ho trovato molta gentilezza sia da parte dell'operatrice che ha effettuato la prenotazione e sia dallo sportellista.Referto neanche due ore dopo dalla visita.Consigliatissimo
On advice I chose this facility to perform an MRI for my son privately. When I called it was given to me right away. I found a lot of kindness both from the operator who made the reservation and from the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho eseguito un eco addome (privatamente) . La dottoressa è stata scontrosa e frettolosa. Praticamente 3 minuti per un eco addome.. dove la vescica secondo lei non era piena quindi non ha potuto controllare bene... E dicendomi poi ti fai un eco transvaginale. Veramente scontenta non tornerò più. Sinceramente vista la velocità non so quanto possa essere valido questo esame

This morning I performed an abdomen echo (privately). The doctor was surly and hasty. Basically 3 minutes for an echo abdomen .. where the bladder according to her was not full so she could not control well ... And then telling me you do a transvaginal echo. Really unhappy I will never return. Honestly given the speed I do not know how valid this test can be

Il medico ha chiamato mio figlio in perfetto orario.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile nelle spiegazioni. Ho chiamato per avere un appuntamento con urgenza ,premetto che ho sentito altre cliniche, ma questa è stata l’unica con personale veramente gentile e che mi ha trovato il posto nell’immediato.Abbiamo bisogno di cliniche così sul territorio!Bravi, non sono solita a scrivere recensioni ma in questo caso la ho trovata doverosa!
