★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inutile fare preventivo prima, il pezzo finale diventa doppio. Ti trattano con superiorità , e una mancanza di comunicazione, appena che aprono la macchina.
Soldi buttati via, e appena uscita da questa “officina “(o forse meglio garage), meglio vendere la auto, o ti chiederai sempre se veramente hanno fatto tutto quello che dicono.
Un giorno triste quando ho deciso di portare la macchina da loro.
It is useless to quote first, the final piece becomes double. They treat you with superiority, and a lack of communication, as soon as they open the car.
Money wasted, and just out of this "workshop" (or perhaps better garage), better to sell the car, or you will always wonder if they really did everything they say.
A sad day when I decided to take the car to them.

I can only recommend it. I had a split crankshaft pulley and I swooped into the workshop at the last minute and with the urgency to leave again. Problem solved in a few hours. Thanks again!

Al ritiro mi sono trovata dei costi aggiuntivi non preventivati senza il mio consenso tra cui 25 euro di manodopera per aggiungere dell'olio al motore (su macchina che era stata controllata un mese prima) mi fa dubitare della professionalità e trasparenza dell'Officinia.
I brought the car for the first ministerial overhaul.
Upon withdrawal, I found additional costs not budgeted without my consent including 25 euros of labor to add oil to the engine (on a machine that had been checked a month earlier) makes me doubt the professionalism and transparency of the Officinia.
