Quando chiedo spiegazioni su come è stata estratta la mia macchina e del perché ci fosse quel danno interno (sedili anteriori entrambi rotti e storti, volante totalmente sfondato, freno a mano tutto rotto, radio sfondata, specchietto retrovisore rotto e fili che penzolano, portiera lato guida tutta storta, la portiera non ha subito neanche un graffio per cui non può asser dovuto all'incidente, macchina internamente piena di fango e pezzi del paraurti in macchina) iniziano ad alternarsi dicendo di tutto e di più sia il personale all'accettazione sia il personale che fa direttamente intervento. In tutto ciò airbag non si è neanche aperto per cui non era un tamponamete così brusco da aver causato tutti questi danni interni all'auto. Non hanno minimamente il diritto di aprire la macchina tanto meno di manometterla. Si lamentano della recensione che fece mia moglie il giorno prima dicendo che non era il caso. ( se paghi e te ne stai zitto va bene, se chiedi chiarimenti ti attaccano in gruppo). P. S. Una stella è anche troppo per il servizio che mi hanno offerto e per l'atteggiamento avuto. Detto questo, i prezzi per la tipologia di batteria in questione si aggirano intorno ai 50 max 60 euro (prezzo al dettaglio). Forse vedendo delle persone anziane hanno pensato bene di approfittarne con una richiesta di almeno 70 euro di lavoro per il montaggio di una batteria (circa 10 min di tempo). Dopo il reclamo telefonico e la lamentela sul prezzo, la risposta via SMS è stata questa: offriamo un servizio e non siamo in Marocco posso farle un buono da 20€ da spendere x un nostro servizio. Altrimenti passa in azienda e gli faccio lo storno di 10€. Decida lei. Una volta arrivati li a vedere la macchina non parlo dell'aspetto esterno che fu sicuramente colpa nostra ma all'interno sedili rotti volante storto paraurti anteriore all'interno dell'auto con tutto il fango che finisce anche sui seggiolini dei bimbi. ( non hanno in diritto di aprire autovettura). Per non parlare del conto da capogiro. Quasi 600€ per il trasporto e la sosta nel loro stabilimento per 3 giorni. Che dopo attenta analisi e consiglio dell'avvocato decidiamo di non rottamare più infatti la macchina è stata ritirata stamani dal vostro deposito con il pagamento di ulteriori due giornate di deposito. In ogni caso anche in presenza delle forzi dell'ordine non avete il diritto di aprire la macchina le forzi dell'ordine stesse non hanno il diritto se non c'è un motivo di emergenza e il motivo non è di certo depositare i residui dell'auto all'interno della stessa recando ulteriori danni.
