(Questo anche prima del Covid) The waiting times for the collection are too long and in winter you are forced to stand outside, upright and in the cold for at least an hour. (This even before Covid)

Ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene, il posto è molto pulito e accogliente, le impiegate sono tutte gentilissime, cordiali, pazienti e preparate. La signora Cinzia, che conosco da tantissimo tempo, é fantastica, sempre sorridente e gentile. Inoltre, essendo l'unico punto prelievi ed ecografie della zona, è molto utile per le persone anziane e con problemi di deambulazione; l'alternativa è piuttosto lontana e servono i mezzi pubblici per raggiungerla! Purtroppo la pandemia ha stravolto le vite di tutti e l'attesa fuori è abbastanza inevitabile! D'altronde, non si aspetta fuori anche all'asl, dal medico di base, all'Inps, in posta e in banca? In conclusione il mio giudizio è più che positivo. My family and I have been using this diagnostic center for years. We have always had a very good time, the place is very clean and welcoming, the employees are all very kind, friendly, patient and prepared. Ms. Cinzia, whom I have known for a long time, is fantastic, always smiling and kind. Furthermore, being the only sampling and ultrasound point in the area, it is very useful for the elderly and people with walking problems; the alternative is quite far and you need public transport to reach it! Unfortunately, the pandemic has turned everyone's lives upside down and waiting outside is quite inevitable! On the other hand, don't you also wait outside at the ASL, at the general practitioner, at INPS, at the post office and at the bank? In conclusion, my opinion is more than positive.

Personale (sia medico che receptionista) preparato, gentile e professionale, sempre pronto a farsi carica di ogni richiesta da parte dell'utenza. Consigliatissimo. I have been using this Center for 7 years now, since they were still located on Corso Vercelli. Staff (both doctor and receptionist) trained, kind and professional, always ready to take charge of any request from users. Highly recommended.

Dovevo fare un esame delle urine e un urocoltura e il giorno prima della consegna dei campioni sono passata a chiedere se avessi dovuto portare due provette diverse, una per ogni esame, e mi era stato detto che sarebbe bastata una sola provetta. Il giorno dopo, quando sono arrivata al laboratorio, mi hanno detto che servivano due provette ma che si sarebbero comunque accontentati di una. Inutile dire che ho dovuto ripetere gli esami presso un altro centro perché i risultati non erano attendibili. Zero professionalism. I had to do a urinalysis and a urine culture and the day before the samples were delivered I went to ask if I should bring two different tubes, one for each test, and I was told that only one tube would be enough. The next day, when I got to the lab, they told me they needed two tubes but they would be satisfied with one anyway. Needless to say, I had to repeat the tests at another center because the results were not reliable.

Gli altri centri CDC sono molto più organizzati. Inoltre, sul sito indicando di consegnare le provette entro un'ora cosa non rispettata a causa dei loro ritardi It is useless to make an appointment if these are not respected. More than an hour to deliver a urine tube. Absurd. The other CDC centers are much more organized.
