★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza si ferma alla prenotazione di una prestazione. Due giorni prima dalla visita mi chiamano per avvisare che il dottore, che avrebbe dovuto visitarmi, non era più disponibile. Il problema è che non lo hanno sostituito con un altro degli innumerevoli professionisti che lavorano per loro. Da questo punto di vista è mancata la professionalità. La signora al telefono è stata gentile e ha cercato altre date ma il problema poi diventava il mio in quanto ero disponibile solo in quella data fissata . Avrebbero dovuto , prima di chiamare, cercare un professionista che sostituisse l'altro non disponibile. Comunque ho lasciato un'altra prenotazione per settembre e spero che non mi venga spostata anche questa. Aggiornerò la recensione per quel periodo...

A parte quell'esperienza sopracitata, in seguito mi sono trovata bene. Consiglio
 Unfortunately, my experience stops when booking a service. Two days before the visit, they call me to inform me that the doctor, who should have examined me, was no longer available. The problem is that they haven't replaced him with another of the countless professionals who work for them. From this point of view there was a lack of professionalism. The lady on the phone was nice and tried other dates but the problem then became mine as I was only available on that fixed date. Before calling, they should have looked for a professional to replace the other unavailable. However, I left another booking for September and I hope this won't be moved to me too. I will update the review for that time ...

L'unica nota negativa è il tempo di attesa per la prenotazione, dove mi spiegavano che c'è troppa richiesta.
Ottimo.
I recommend it, highly qualified staff, clean and organized environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come accompagnatore di un paziente che si è sottoposto ad intervento chirurgico l'ho trovato scomodo e mal organizzato: non è previsto un posto dove gli accompagnatori possano attendere l'intervento. Pochissimi posti a sedere anche davanti agli ambulatori con persone anziane che aspettano in piedi.
As a carer for a patient who has undergone surgery, I found it uncomfortable and poorly organized: there is no place where carers can wait for the surgery. Very few seats even in front of the clinics with elderly people standing waiting.
