★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per disdire una prenotazione da loro stessi posticipata a data da definirsi, causa Covid 19, mi viene detto che non si può disdire telefonicamente, ma bisogna recarsi in struttura da loro.
Soprattutto in questo periodo di emergenza sanitaria, mi sembra alquanto fuori luogo...in tanti altri Poliambulatori le disdette telefoniche sono ben accette. Andrò altrove!

In order to cancel a reservation they postponed to a date to be defined, due to Covid 19, I am told that it is not possible to cancel by telephone, but to go to the facility with them.
Especially in this period of medical emergency, it seems to me somewhat out of place ... in many other Polyclinics, telephone cancellations are welcome. I will go elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pulizia lascia a desiderare. Gli ingressi per un luogo simile dove affluiscono centinaia di persone al giorno....in pratica è uno solo per tutti! Ci sono dei gradini c'è un montascale ma bisogna chiedere e aspettare e sperare. Gli impiegati sono bisogna dire bravini, ma assunti quasi tutti da cooperative che pagano poco e li lasciano a casa quando vogliono.
The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The entrances to such a place where hundreds of people flock a day .... in practice there is only one for everyone! There are steps there is a stairlift but you have to ask and wait and hope. Employees are, it must be said, good, but almost all hired by cooperatives that pay little and leave them at home when they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racconto solo quanto accaduto senza soffermarmi sulla qualità delle risposte ricevute da parte delle persone "responsabili" sul posto.
Visita prenotata, sposto gli impegni, mi presento sul posto e scopro che il medico incaricato della visita risulta malato.
Mi viene detto di ripresentarmi 20 giorni dopo e mi fa sapere che hanno cercato di contattarmi nella giornata precedente la visita.
Una chiamata sola durante la giornata da numero privato. Ovviamente non ho potuto rispondere per motivi personali.
Palese negligenza.

Visit booked, I move the commitments, I go to the place and find that the doctor in charge of the visit is ill.
I am told to come back 20 days later and let me know that they tried to contact me the day before the visit.
A single call during the day from a private number. Obviously I could not answer for personal reasons.
Obvious negligence.
