 We were here for the medical choice, the operators were available fast and clear in all the explanations! Nothing to complain! For me everything is fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiami e non rispondono quando hai la fortuna che rispondo ti mettono in attesa con la scusa che ti passano la segreteria e poi riagganciano la chiamata.
Call and they don't respond when you are lucky that I answer, they put you waiting with the excuse that the answering machine passes and then hang up the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio del piano terra allo sportello 1(dovrebberolicenziarlo). Le uniche che lavorano con voglia son quelle della 2 e del 3.
Bad service on the ground floor at counter 1 (they should be enlightened). The only ones that work with desire are those of 2 and 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'orario dice fino alle. 13:30 vado alle 13:05 e tutte gli sportelli chiusi. Diccono che se chiude alle 13:00. Allora cámbiate anche l'orario sull sito Web.
The timetable says until. 13:30 I go at 13:05 and all the counters closed. They say that if it closes at 1pm. Then also change the timetable on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un ecodoppler urgente per mio padre di 90 anni con 2 mesi di tempo di attesa. Ad 1 settimana dall'esame mi chiamano e spostano di 40 giorni (non 2 o 3 giorni ma quaranta....) l'esame perchè il medico è malato (?!?). Alle mie lamentele mi rispondono se e' urgente basta fare una visita a pagamento oppure andare in pronto soccorso. Sono sinceramente scandalizzata da strutture di serie C come questa...
I booked an urgent Doppler ultrasound for my 90 year old father with 2 months of waiting time. 1 week after the exam they call me and move the exam for 40 days (not 2 or 3 days but forty ....) because the doctor is sick (?!?). My complaints are answered if it is urgent, just pay a visit or go to the emergency room. I am genuinely shocked by C-series structures like this ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse il mio italiano non era ottimo, ma chiedevo solo un po' di pazienza. Maybe people were having a bad day, but I was treated very rudely here during my appointment - by 3 different employees. Luckily I was helped by one very friendly nurse who solved my problem. A big thank you to that nurse!
