L'operatore telefonico indecentemente maleducato, mi ha interrotta alzando la voce mentre chiedevo un'informazione, e non è comunque stato in grado di chiarire il quesito. Pessimo, alle 8:30 di mattina sono già in grado di far versare bile alla gente. E chiudono anche il telefono in faccia, ma come è possibile che mantengano il posto? Assolutamente indecente, vergogna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuro Psichiatria Infantile La "educatrice" ha avuto la faccia di presentarsi a un incontro con altre 7 persone tra maestre, educatori, coordinatori e genitori SENZA AVERE LA MINIMA IDEA DI CHI STESSE PARLANDO! Il bello che negli ultimi 3 mesi abbiamo avuto 2 incontri (2 incontri può sembrare buono, in realtà erano itotalmente inconclusivi).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riesco a mettermi in contatto per chiedere come ricevere la tessera sanitaria dato che alla scadenza non ho ricevuto nulla a casa e mi risponde una cafona esagerata neanche ragazzina, interrompendomi con voce seccatissima e dicendomi "non deve chiamare qua le devo dare il numero giusto io se aspetta" mi da il numero e a fine telefonata, quando ringraziandola avrei voluto dirle che anche io lavoro al telefono tutto il giorno ed un tono più gentile non guasterebbe, non faccio in tempo perchè non mi saluta neanche e mi attacca il telefono in faccia.
Pessimi.
