★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude at the door. I tried to eat but the guy indicated to me “no place for your family”. I asked to wait but they literally indicated that it was not possible. A suggestion from a top rated google maps guide like me: I suggest to find another place where to enjoy the dinner, especially if you are looking for a welcoming place. (the rudeness at the door mirrors the way in which their response to my review closes)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fabulous restautant! The owner spent 2 years upgrading a 14th century building and it is stunning inside and has a great deck overlooking the Piazza del Communal. Food and wine menus were excellent and the service was very good. Highly recommended in our book!

Stop thinking about where to go and call ahead to make a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recommended this place by a local and we were so grateful! The food was divine. I had Carbonara and my partner had tagliatelle with truffles. Pasta was perfectly cooked. My partner says it was the best meal he’d ever had. We couldn’t stop smiling because of the experience. The price was very reasonable. We had great wine and the staff were so happy and attentive. They were appreciative of us trying to speak Italian which was really nice. Also - have a pudding. We had the panacotta and chocolate soufflé with custard. If you’re into your puddings they will not disappoint ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine on the 2nd floor terrace, even if it’s hot outside and only the tourists are willing to brave the sweltering summer heat! Get a cold bottle of Grechetto, and it will be so worth it! The service is friendly and attentive. The food quite good. We were not disappointed.
