Fotelik dorzucili gratis, bak dostałam zatankowany w 25% i taki oddałam. Auto miałam podstawione na umówioną godzinę pod moim miejscem pobytu. Formalności załatwiłam przez email, tłumacząc w Google translate z polskiego na włoski. Ale można dogadać się po angielsku i włosku oczywiście, jeżeli znasz. A co najważniejsze nie wymagają karty kredytowej, ani innego zabezpieczenia. Auto wypożyczyłam z Ubezpieczeniem. Nie wiem jak firma reaguje w chwili pojawienia się problemów np. związanych z uszkodzeniem auta, bo takowych nie miałam. Polecam.
Two gentlemen, very polite, understand the issues related to renting a car. I got a Punto, maybe not new, but very clean. They added the car seat for free, I got 25% of the tank and gave it back. I had the car at the agreed time near my place of stay. I settled the formalities via email, translating on Google translate from Polish to Italian. But you can get along in English and Italian of course, if you know. And most importantly, they do not require a credit card or other security. I rented the car with insurance. I do not know how the company reacts when there are problems with, for example, damage to the car, because I did not have such problems. I recommend.
