 we had booked a 50 m apartment for 46 euros we received a booking confirmation, upon arrival the owner made himself occupied and instead gave us a stinky stale cellar for 40, -, outside booking

β β β β β Posizione ottima appartamento pulito con tutte le comodita gentilissimo il proprietario che ci ha dato anche info su dove mamgiare comodo per il parcheggio vicino ,sicuramente ci torniamo lo consiglio
Location great clean apartment with all the very nice amenities the owner who also gave us info on where to stay for convenient parking near by, surely we come back to the board

Great welcome, very kind owner very helpful to all our needs. Free parking close to the apartment. In short, the Internet is super fast, we have had some wonderful days, and soon we will return to beautiful ortigia!

β β β β β Francesco fue un excelente host durante toda nuestra estadia. Muy atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa, ademas de acomodar todas nuestras necesidades. El departamento es bellisimo, muy acogedor, comodo y limpio. Ademas a dos pasos del mar donde se puede pasear con tranquilidad. Muy bien ubicado y recomiendo 100%!
Francesco was an excellent host throughout our stay. Very attentive and made us feel at home, in addition to accommodating all our needs. The apartment is beautiful, very cozy, comfortable and clean. Also two steps from the sea where you can walk in peace. Very well located and I recommend 100%!

β β β β β Il posto appare molto carino ma ci sono alcune pecche per chi come noi Γ¨ in famiglia ed intende utilizzare l'appartamento anche per mangiare.
Il tavolo Γ¨ molto basso rispetto agli sgabelli scelti come sedie.
Scomodi e altissimi rendono l'esperienza del pasto molto scomoda.
Inoltre se si Γ¨ in 4 praticamente non ci sono posti per sedersi un attimo senza doversi arrampicare.
Il letto grande Γ¨ soppalcato e per raggiungerlo occorre salire alcuni scalini molto distanti uno dall'altro e senza alcun tipo di appiglio.
Peccato.
Lo consiglio a coppie giovani.
Per il resto Γ¨ nel centro e in pochi minuti si puΓ² raggiungere ogni angolo di Ortigia.
The place looks very nice but there are some flaws for those like us who are in the family and intend to use the apartment also for eating.
The table is very low compared to the stools chosen as chairs.
Uncomfortable and very tall make the meal experience very uncomfortable.
Furthermore, if there are 4 of you there are practically no places to sit down for a moment without having to climb.
The large bed has a mezzanine and to reach it you have to climb a few steps very far from each other and without any kind of grip.
Sin.
I recommend it for young couples.
The rest is in the center and within minutes you can reach every corner of Ortigia.

Ground floor in a very quiet alley.
Central and with nearby parking.

Competitive price.
Only advice: I would point out in the description the high double bed, not comfortable for everyone.
Owner very kind and very helpful.
